Why do you stubbornly choose to keep the skins and the event vehicles lumped together in one pool? BP “vehicles” are just skins of the same vehicles you can unlock in tech tree, while Event Vehicles are not unlockable in any other way than the events.
Please make a separation like this so that rolling a vehicle is actually worth it, like it was before you threw all the BP Skins into the same pool with event vehicles.

If the developers would stop inflating / stretching battle passes, event rewards and silver chests with “appearance change orders” I wouldn’t feel entitled to actually be able to use my hardly earned “rewards” on something.

I own the soviet black sailors PPSh premium squad. Yet I still see their hats as an option in the chest. To my understanding of this new mechanic so far this shouldn’t have been possible as I already paid for the premium squad, thus already unlocked this cosmetic and the “privilege” to be able to buy it for gold now.
I learned the hard way though that cosmetics are meant as a gambling loss for this box so that every person, no matter how much he invested into the game so far, remains the same, low chance to pull the interesting stuff.
When people already thought that having received the chance to buy additional cosmetics for 60 gold per hat would be too expensive - apparently Darkflow thinks receiving 2 hats is justified as a consolation price after investing 3€. When you effectively keep the blanks in this chest as obtainable over and over again it’s even less reasonable to me why they wouldn’t allow those players how have pulled these options to at least get more of them for appearance orders.
As you can see by the picture, even ordinary gloves are a possible reward (worth 2 appearance orders) are a potential “reward” in this chest.
It’s getting more weird though. Neither the jacket nor the trousers of these sailors are anywhere to be found in the chest or game as an cosmetic option. What are these hats meant to be worth to players if you cannot even complete the full uniform? Is this chest really working as intended?
Even a premium squad that I own is also still to be found as a possible drop.

I found on reddit a possible explanation that the 115th regiment was actually released twice in this game. As a premium squad (which I bought) pre merge that now has become a legacy squad and as a post merge squad where the engineer is already included and also has a grease gun.
Was this really though the most elegant solution Darkflow could find or rather calculated to add yet another dud? To implement a squad into the box that many people effectively already have and would regard useless with merely a slightly alteration? With the highest chance to be pulled as well? Imagine you finally managed not to pull one of the overpriced cosmetic duds, make it into the squads category… and pull Company A.
Why implementing different chances for squads to pull in the first place if you don’t want your chest to appear like an exploitative way to increase spending, likely having to invest hundreds of euros to finally get a realistic chance to get the squad you were looking for?
If this is how Darkflow intended the chest to work they should have imho communicated and explained the mechanic behind the cosmetic pulls more comprehensively in advance. Ideally though this chest needs to be fleshed out more so players don’t feel scammed when they pull a dud - which will happen most of the time.
My suggestion would be - if they insist on keeping the duplicate cosmetic duds in - to at least make it 4 pieces of each of the two cosmetics you pulled, so you at least can somewhat get a uniform look for your squads, remove gloves and other crap like Company A and make the option to buy more available for cosmetic orders.
Ideally though the cosmetics should be removed from the price pool once pulled - as you currently still have to spend gold, if you want to buy more. So Darkflow currently benefits twice.
This chest will definitely remain controversial though, as it’s currently not only a horrible way to spend money but people can effectively throw money at the screen in order to aquire rare guns, sabers and a potential ingame advantages (with silver chest at least anyone had the chance to spend the silver he played for, so chances were somewhat equal) while the whole implementation of a gacha box for real money in a game heavily occupied by kids could be regard as yet another game leaning towards predatory marketing.
I wish Enlisted all the financial success for creating a cool game - but not with methods like this.

To you. And following this thread so far I think you seriously need to work on your communication skills or you will encounter yourself in unnecessary arguments over and over again, for making statements or assumptions others may regard as brazen.
From a logical perspective “A” doesn’t necessarily conclude “B”.
There’s the interest from possibly most people opening these crates to receive the guns they’re after more than once so that they can ideally equip entire squads with them.
There’s to be estimated a far lower interest to receive random uniform pieces over and over again. Especially since the devs also implemented the option to buy more of them once unlocked, which makes demand and supply calculateable. Being able to pull them out of crates again after being given the chance to simply buy them (also at a reduced price compared to the crates) appears a redundant and unattractive option.
I would prefer your suggestion only if Darkflow would be consequent in their implemented mechanic and also allow to buy more of the premium guns we already obtained as well. For a fair price, ajar to the GO prices we once had and including both a limit to each and their discounts at certain times in the year.
Under that premise they might perfectly well eliminate the weapons and cosmetics we already have from the gold boxes and make them - in my eyes - more attractive this way while also boosting their overall sales, which was their goal with the implementation of these boxes.
Because right now these boxes appear way too much like an incalculateable money sink to be actually considered worth getting.
