Changes to the Golden Chest

Commanders, we received a lot of feedback from you since the announcement of the Golden Chest, which we carefully read and discussed. Based on your feedback, we have made a number of changes.

First of all, we’ve significantly increased the chance of obtaining customization pieces by removing the Silver Chest from the list of possible drops. Plus, customization is now organized by nation, where every individual piece has the same chance of dropping. This leads to another improvement, where instead of just a single piece, you’ll now receive two separate pieces from the same nation, making it even easier to customize your soldiers!

Additionally, we’re also adding another highly requested customization feature. From now on, you can purchase the customization pieces that can be found in the chest directly if you already own their related event or premium squads. You no longer have to rely solely on luck anymore!

The Golden Chest “Arsenal of the Far East” is available in the in-game shop and just like the Silver Chest, it can be purchased until June 30th (13:00 UTC).

We hope that you will appreciate these changes and continue to share your opinions with us so we can make the game even better!

Ok that is good so far i will continue reading.

ok so if i get a piece from chest it still in there? well ok at least the silver box is gone tho

suffice to say i will do it if i have gold left over but that is for another time.

Yeah, that totally was a bug before this.

Still stupid you have to use gold on top of spending it to get the chest, glad you didn’t cave to the F2P players whining though

Would also like if the old nickname decos you could get from the event leaderboard were added there as well.

Mhhhhh

Will the two customisation pieces be part of the same set? Will the bought customisation pieces transfer over to other campaigns?

I would have assumed you’d spend more than a day to go over and consider the changes.

That is welcome.

I hope the people, such as myself, who have spent upwards of 40-or-more Euros can get the privilige of buying said cosmetics for cosmetic tokens…? Seems like a fair exchange, considering the pricetag of those squads.

Yeah, we paid for more than just the weapon, the customisation aswell.

For those who own the squads, can we purchase the customization with gold AND customization orders? :face_with_peeking_eye:

I am pretty sure that you still have to pay them with gold.

Part of the same nation, yes:

If they suit that campaign, as with current customization, they will be there. And if we need to make changes to what is available for what campaign (like in some past updates), we can.

That’s the whole point of this system, silly

You can buy them for Gold, not customization orders for now, since these are customization pieces from premium squads.

I meant the same set as in like I eg. luftwaffe zeltbahn and I get that luftwaffe helmet with covers. Is that a thing or just the nation?

Make these cost appreance orders. You should not force players to spend real money on things they already “unlocked”

So, by removing the Silver Chest, you’ve effectively increased the chance of getting customization items from 27% to 49%. While this may be good news for players who enjoy cosmetics, it’s hardly a positive change for those who valued the extra opportunity to obtain equipment from the Silver Chest.

what sort of feedbacks have you all been listening to?

i still have to buy customization that i own from a squad that i own…

with gold?

and legit, most complaints were the over bloat of crates and how customization should be it’s own thing,

" nah here. 2 pieces of customization sucker"

Literal definition of

TONE DEAF.
