3 BR IV rifles in half a year does not seem unplanned to me…
Also this rifle could return in WW1 events and mods in its current form, while if it was buffed up to be BR V worthy than it would have to be omitted for balance.
It definitely is intentional. Whether it was the right decision is a different story…
And you’re right about potential WW1 weapon balance, but I think planning for something like that potentially outweighing creative and meaningful variety would be a poor decision as well. And besides, there are other high capacity WW1 variants that could be added:
Then they should address the glaring issues BR4 faces first. There’s no reason to put so much effort into BR4 weapons when BR4 still sucks to play and there’s nothing done to solve the underlying issues.
