Instead of the current ammo pouch, grenade pouch, and backpack equipment change it to a all in One Kit System.
The Kit System will allow your soldier to carry extra ammo, extra explosives, and extra medkit/repairbox in one kit but with three different capacity.
Tier 1 Lightweight Kit…
no movement speed debuff
25% extra ammo
1 Grenade
2 Medkit/Rapairbox
Tier 2 Standard Kit…
_% movement speed debuff and ADS speed
50% extra ammo
2 Grenades
3Medkit/Repairbox

Tier 3 Heavy Kit…
_% movement speed debuff and ADS speed
ADS will be less stable
100% extra ammo
3 Grenades
4 Medkit/Repairbox
Your options are terrible. That becomes an overall large nerf over what we have now.
Like what if I want 100% more ammo but DON’T want to lug that many grenades and medkits around? Like this obliterates modularity.
If you want it as a Kit system then make it have like a Capacity.
+25% Ammo = 2 Capacity, Max +100% at a total of 6 Capacity
+1 Grenade = 3 Capacity, Max +2 at a total of 6 Capacity for 3 grenades total
+1 Medkit/Toolbox = 2 Capacity Max +3 at a total of 6 Capacity for 4 total.
Then you can play with how much capacity troops can have. Like Tier I units get 7, Tier II get 8, Tier III get 9
Possibly with Event/Premium/BP soldiers getting an additional +1 Capacity because they’re special (or built different)
This way it allows flexibility and buildcraft.

Yeah, this is way better, and also is closer to what already exist as engineer “materials.” Could add a perk as well for +capacity on some or all classes.
tru this is much better design, just like arma but instead of weight and item size, enlisted will utilize it vy capacity points depending of the kit being used.
the backpack will be changed into the kit slot, the ammo, grenade and inventory slot will become one in order to customize it to you playstyle with the limit depending of the kit tier
the mine slot, flask slot, and bino slot will remain the same

make a better version of this suggestion please. so that it can implemented
