Gew.88 in game is converted into new 1903 pattern cartridge and using stripper clip. Thus, these rifles should be called as 88-05 or 88S.

This doesn’t have any supporting information so they’re going to wind up locking this post, do you have any supporting information with sources showing where this information came from?

you can read that the spitzer buller was used from 88/05 onwards and reloading using stripper clips was used on the 88/05 version (past - en bloc clips).
