Cei Rigotti M1903 Navale for BR 5

I’d like to suggest the Rifle variant of the Cei Rigotti Carbine (which is in game as an event rifle).
The weapon has a non-removeable magazine, with reload done through a 24 round charging clip.

Slakrrrrr has suggested that the weapon have the following stats fully upgraded:

Damage: 13.9
RPM: 990
Mag size: 24
Reload: 3.4 s
Other stats: “Great”
Attachments: None

When compared with the Type hei auto, this gun would seem to fall behind a bit with its smaller magazine capacity. Clip reload tends to be slower than a magazine reload.
Thus, for the other stats, I suggest to just take the recoil values of the Cei-Rigotti ‘rifle’ we have in game right now (a carbine really), and give it a 75% recoil control as standard.

Initial ammo capacity without the ammo pouch is 24 in the mag and 48 in reserve.

In particular, the muzzle velocity of the weapon should be around 660 m/s, which is roughly the same muzzle velocity of the Long barreled Carcano rifles in-game.

Given the historical rarity of this weapon, it likely will be implemented as a Battlepass or event weapon.

It was kinda a missed opportunity for the previous Cei-Rigotti to have a large clip reload. The very slow, multiple clip reload makes the current weapon unpopular to use.

Wouldn’t this just be the same as the current one but with a faster Reload?

Yea but with that shorter reload you can actually push objectives with it

I mean, I don’t really see how this is a br 5 gun. Still seems like a br 4 gun, hell, it could just be implemented and make the Cei Rigotti more useful

There’s no 'semi auto rifle" in game at BR 4 capable of full auto other than: the Cei rigotti and AKT 40: the very long reload is necessary to balance it.

The only gun with complete BR 5 semi auto capabilities at BR 4 are the type hei auto with gun shield and fedorov mg, but they are classified as an "MG’. IMO, their placement at BR 4 is a mistake.

For a gun to be considered BR 5 semi auto, it needs to be able to:

1. one shot vitality
2. full auto
3. have decent stats *

Point 3) is where things may be a bit vague, but the Cei Rigotti and AKT 40 both have unique, noticeable downsides compared to the BR 5 choices.

For a gun to be considered BR 5 semi auto, it needs to be able to:

1. one shot vitality

type hei automatic is a 2 shot against ussr players with vitality + body armor :C
