The Belgian 1915/27 Chauchat is a modification and improvement of the original French Chauchat machinegun. Noteably it features a more reliable magazine and is rechambered for 7.65mm Mauser cartridge. It was still in service until the 1930s so its plausible that the German army could have captured them during the occupation of Belgium.
This should be an event BR2 LMG due to it being a captured weapon and uniqueness it provides.

Weapon Type (For weapons only)
The 1915/27 Chauchat would be a light machine gun like the premium chauchat for the USSR
Battle Rating (BR)
Due to its low ROF, the 1915/27 should be at BR2
Type
Because its a captured weapon, it should be limited as an event weapon. A premium or event squad could also work, but an event would be better
Availability
It would provide a unique weapon for BR2 Germany due to its extremely slow ROF of 240 RPM. It would almost be like a very heavy and unwieldly semi auto rifle with an extended capacity at that tier, which is a very unique way to play machine gunners
Gameplay Purpose & Role
German MGs typically focus on having high ROF for suppressive fire, however a captured Belgian Chauchat would be the complete opposite. It would be used like a clunky but high capacity semi auto rifle more than a traditional MG, which is a unique and interesting way to play a machine gunner.
The regular French Chauchat already exists in the game as a removed legacy premium for the USSR. It is not particularly powerful but it is a fun and unique weapon to use, so having Chauchat variations for other factions would make for a fun event weapon.
There also exist a Chauchat in .30-06 which could make for a good option for the USA faction, but that is a suggestion for another time.
