By request. Improving soldier's backpack system

Per request from another thread to propose a better system for the soldiers backpack/inventory. To make it more modular thus making it more of a kit/capacity system.

Soldiers now have an inventory Capacity.
+35% Ammo = 2 Capacity, Max +100% at a total of 6 Capacity
+1 Grenade = 3 Capacity, Max +2 at a total of 6 Capacity for 3 grenades total
+1 Medkit/Toolbox = 2 Capacity Max +3 at a total of 6 Capacity for 4 total.
Then you can play with how much capacity troops can have. Like Tier I units get 7, Tier II get 9, Tier III get 11
Possibly with Event/Premium/BP soldiers getting an additional +1 Capacity because they’re special (or built different)

This way it allows flexibility and buildcraft.

Effectively you go to the loadout screen as now and items will list their capacity.
Adding a grenade to the second grenade slot uses 3 capacity. Adding a medkit or toolbox uses 2

for the ammo pouches you have options cosmetically, kinda.
Germany for example:
Mauser K98 Pouch: +35% ammo, uses 2 capacity
G41 Pouch: +70% ammo, uses 4 capacity
MAB 38 Pouch: +100% ammo, uses 6 capacity.

Numbers might need some tweaking but I don’t have enough to go full dev mode and properly math it out.

Further thoughts…

One could then also make secondary weapons (for classes that have to choose between backpack and secondary) cost 5 or 6 capacity and further open build options.
Mines then could also be an option an additional mine costing 4 capacity with a max of +2 mines for a total of 8 capacity and run around with 3 mines.

Like, personally, I don’t mind the current system in game too much as is but I think there’s room for improvement.
