Buff Type 99 Early rate of fire 🇯🇵

Currently Japan only has the Type 99 early as a bolt-action in BR2 and honestly, it’s crap compared to the Arisaka 38 and other bolt-action from other nations, so need a buff in rate of fire to continue in BR2.

Needs a new cocking animation too. The current one is awful!

I prefer another solution:

  1. First, Buff Type 99 Early a little bit
  2. Second, Move it to the 1 BR.

Japan already has 6 bolt-action in BR1, one more is not necessary

In my opinion

Rifles from other nations have even higher rates of fire, larger magazines, the ability to fire without leaving the sights, and clip-loading rather than en-bloc clips. I think the rate of fire for the early Type 99 could be increased even further, up to 70+ rounds per minute.

True, I had forgotten about that, I had only remembered about the higher rate of fire, larger magazine capacity and the ability keep aiming between shots

I think that’s fair, since I had forgotten about the clip

Voted yes, but to expand on the idea:

  • Type 99 Early could have very similar stats to Type 38 Rifle, but with existing relative damage increase (straight upgrade from BR 1 to BR 2)

  • Japan receives a Thai/Siamese Mannlicher as their retained ADS “advanced action rifle”.

  • Potentially, Japan also gets the Murata split into an “early” and “late”, with the early becoming a BR 2 with a similar role to the Axis VG.2

Well we can get the Murata carabine also for BR I and Murata early for BR II its not in the game:
MEIJI 22 MURATA MAGAZINE RIFLE (1889)

But its a bit old rifle for WW 2 standards

Agree with everything

A Murata in TT would be really cool
