These 2 guns, i think they could use some RoF buff and reload speed buff.
Especially the 10 rnds BR 3 one. Not only it deals low damage but also comes with lengthy reload time(3.6 secs) and low RoF(290), which makes this gun a very undesirable choice compared to other BR 3 semi-auto rifles.
I suggest following buff for the Type Hei Rifle 10(BR 3):
RoF increased from 290 → 380 RoF
Reload speed increased from 3.6 secs → 2.6 secs
5 rnds BR 2 Type Hei rifle isn’t any better. Why would anyone want to use this gun when the Type Otsu available on the same BR? At least give players some reason to use it instead of making it completely obsolete.
