Currently, the Type 99 Sniper Rifle (Long) has a rate of fire of only 55, It’s a BR1 weapon despite its high damage, since I don’t support the idea of lowering BR of weapons or vehicles instead of giving them a buff I suggest a buff to the rate of fire.
The Winchester M1895 has few less damage, a much higher rate of fire, the ability to fire while aiming,TT Weapon and you can equip on all riflemen, engineers and AT soldiers and it’s much more useful than a sniper rifle.
So I suggest increasing the rate of fire of the Type 99 Sniper Rifle Long to 68
