Compared to recently buffed Type 99 LMG which got moved down to BR 2, Type 11 has :
60 less RoF
10% less sprint speed
Slower ADS speed, 0.45 vs 0.3
Deals less damage, 13.2 vs 12.3(Type 11 uses 6.5mm Arisaka)
Lengthier reload speed by 0.2 secs
No bayonet
Having 90 reserve ammo pool advantage whereas Type 99 only has 60 base reserve ammo pool
So Type 11 is in a bit of disadvantage.
I suggest following buff for Type 11 :
Sprint speed increased from 50% → 60%
ADS speed increased from 0.3 → 0.45
Recoil control modifer increased from 10% → 20%(It uses 6.5 mm, hence the relatively low damage so i think it should be somewhat compensated by having a better recoil control)
That’s about it. Even with this buff, i think Type 99 LMG would see more uses but at least these changes would make Type 11 an appealing alternative choice for having a better recoil control and more reserve ammo pool available.
Type 96 LMG has a very stable recoil, in fact it has some of the lowest recoil out of all LMG in the game. Because it has 60% recoil reduction modifier.
The recoil control modifier increased from 10% → 20% as i suggested will make the Type 11 much more controllable, as it’s BR 2 LMG with reasonable RoF i think more than 20% let alone giving it a whooping 60% control control modifier will make Type 11 bit too good for BR 2.
I agree on most, but its recoil control should get increased to at least 40% and its horizontal recoil reduced from 20 to 18 - 17. Sprint factor could also be improved for both weapons, increased to 70% for the Type 96 and 65% for the Type 11 (to compensate their poor visibility, I’ve seen some people don’t get used to having the weapon’s magazine covering half their screens)
I think Type 96 is fine as it is. It has basically no recoil, making it very effective at picking targets off at range rapidly. As for giving 40% recoil control for Type 11, i’m not sure about this one. This would make Type 11 the most controllable LMG on BR 2 and this combined with 30 rounds capacity might make it a bit too good on BR 2, so i think 20% will do for now in my opinion.
How manny posts abouth this are you going to do already not all MGs have to be the best of the BR is ok with some like the Breda chauchat and ll that stuff but i think you are going to do now posts abouth the MG30 MG13 and stuff like that wen they are already good MGs
That’s why i’m done posting buff for these bad BR 2 LMGs for now. Think i covered all the bad ones. And of course, i’m not going to ask for a buff for MG 13, MG 30 or any other BR 2 LMGs because they are good enough. The LMGs i posted for a buff are not.
We are talking about BR 2 LMGs here and Madsen was… not the best BR 2 LMG. With the buff i asked for these LMGs, will make them just about good as buffed Madsen and that’s my intention. Make them keep up with the buffed LMG.
