More like 500 Rof because It still let you run fast and for be like the Lathi but a lil faster sprint speed anyway It still would be too powerfull for that BR have a TT MG there like how the Lewis AR bully br2

There could be other nerfs too I wouldn’t mind sprint speed and so on, but 600 would be the HA number if it needs balancing elsewhere statwise so be it. People wanting to push it to BR 3 wouldn’t help anything though as USA has three BAR’s (in other words it’s cluttered at BR3) and we don’t need a “not a BAR” MG just for BR 3. Right now there is no US made/used MG for BR 2 and this could be a good solution.
(edit) Also yes the Lewis AR is bully material and I don’t think I want more of that, I use it in my BR 3 lineup but it is more like a BR 2.5 weapon.

That’s what I’m thinking now but I think br3 for the TT one would be a better br

That’s fine but BR 3 Allies has three MG’s we don’t need four IMO. If it the Johnson went to BR 3 then a BAR needs to be nerfed and move down to BR 2.

I’d say nerf the first m1918. Then if they lower the Johnson’s base rpm to 550 (610 when upgraded) and move it down to br3, they should make it more accurate when moving and shooting than the BAR A2 would be(not completely removing its penalty, just slightly reducing it), basically in compensation of its slightly slower rpm in that case. Then add the 44e1 to the TT for Br4 (folder it with the normal one), but the 44e1 would have 900 rpm as its base rof, and no penalty to shot dispersion when moving and shooting.

That sounds good to me.

Cool, I’m thinking of making another post consisting of the new ideas brought up in this thread then

We also have 3 BR2 MGs XD

Dude, there’s a backup plan for machine guns: we could add these two models for BR 4 and BR 5.

Amen, I think they have noted those already

“for Britain/Commonwealth” as a plus if the 1918 was BR 2 we would have a USA MG on BR 2 and the Johnson was used by Canada so we’d get a “commonwealth” gun on BR 3.

I also saw @CaptainSebekel put a photo of a bar with the straight 40 round mag here too. That would make a good battlepass/event gun. As far as how I play br4 rn, I use 3 squads equipped with Johnson mg’s and then I have 2 more MG squads equipped with the HG Lewis gun.

But br5 America can use another mg. M1919a6 is good but it gets easily outclassed by every other br5 mg except for the mg15.

I don’t like the MG15 for BR5 personally, the 75 rounds with that reload speed isn’t very appealing

Agreed, that’s why I was saying any br5 mg except the mg15 would outclass the m1919a6

I don’t play at BR 4–5 I don’t really enjoy playing there. I play at BR 2–3 often.

Here’s another one for you.
Technical (theoretical) rate of fire: Ranged from 600 to 800 rounds per minute. However, due to frequent part failures and the weakening of recoil springs, the weapon could rarely fire a full magazine in automatic mode without stoppages.
Capacity: The magazine held exactly 20 rounds of .303 British ammunition.side-mounted (on the right) box magazines holding 20 or 30 rounds.
• Short — with a 20-round capacity.
• Extended — with a 30-round capacity.
It is the longer, 30-round magazine that is most frequently seen on the machine gun in archival blueprints and rare photographs.

The 20-round magazine looked roughly like this.

Interesting

The TKB-264 and the RD-44 (also the Vickers-Berthier but you missed that) should not have the aim disperstion of 0 that they have right now. Its clearly a codeing mistake that they havent fixed for some reason. I think that it should be fixed instead of trying to give other guns said broken stats too.
