MP35/1 used to have higher dmg and velocity than normal 9mm gun due to it’s long barrel, but this feature got removed when they buff it’s rof, so now it basicly got same stat as MP35.
Currently, it just not a good smg in BRIII, I suggest buff it’s dmg back to 6.9 or 7.0 and velocity buff to 420 make it a unique choice among ZK383 and Beretta M38A 40
Good suggestion, or if they don’t want to buff it they might as well drop it to BR2 since its stats are more or less similar as the BR2 version. Currently there is not much reason to use it at BR3.
This gun has little to no reason to use over other BR 3 SMG such as ZK-383. Make it deal 7.0 damage with a better dispersion(Since it does have a longer barrel)would make it at least serviceable on BR 3.
That’s right, both the MP35/1 submachine gun and the G-41 semi-automatic rifle need to be upgraded; otherwise, novice players using German Tier 3 weapons will feel as powerless as if they were wielding two high-level bolt-action rifles.
Personally I dont think MP35 needs any buff, its has more dps and rate if fire than BR3 Beretta, but I also so agree that the danage reduction was rather pointless. It was a somewhat unique feature of the gun.
I think its really funny how the devs seem to think 7.0 damage is too much, but they need forever to see how soviet armor is an issue.
The Tier 2 MP-35 event reward weapon does not require upgrading, but the Tier 3 MP-35/1 does. Currently, German Tier 3 semi-automatic rifles and submachine guns are almost useless; novice players using Tier 3 weapons will only be able to passively take hits when facing Soviet assault troops with steel plate body armor.
No, your understanding is wrong. If the MP-35/1’s ammunition power isn’t increased, it’s only suitable for being downgraded to Tier 2, not for engaging in close-quarters combat in Tier 3. Its 6.8 damage is like scratching Soviet armor plates; you’ll be killed before you even empty your magazine.
You’re just unwilling to admit your selfish thoughts. You mentioned in other posts that you liked the Moscow campaign. Undoubtedly, only players who prefer Tier 3 Allied weapons and plate armor would say that. I can’t think of any other player who would say that.
All false - however I say armor needs to be removed/overhauled and then I compare MP35 with other BR3 SMGs. MP35 has already been buffed recently with a rate of fire increase - which has quite decent dps now. 750 RPM - 850 RPM is the sweet spot for weapons.
