I don’t think that Breda PG (Carcano) worth it to be on BR 4 as the BR 4 semi-auto rifle goes and needs a buff.
The damage is quite low as it being only 13.6 at 10m which means that it can just barely able to one shot soldiers with 35% vitality on torso at close range but with the context of BA and Germany BR 4 tends to fight people with BA on that BR, 13.6 dmg is pretty lackluster and might as well just use VG 1-5 at that point since both requires 2 shots on torso to down one with BA anyway. But in this case, VG 1-5 being actually better with 420 RPM which makes it far better at rapid firing than Breda PG (Carcano) with 350 RPM, also VG 1-5 is more accurate, with less recoil and 10 more rnds in the mag.
I can think of two ways to make it better. The first one would be that make it BR 3 instead of BR 4, this way it could be an interesting choice between VG 1-5 and Breda PG (Carcano) for players.
The second option would be that buff the RPM of Breda PG (Carcano) to 420 RPM. This would make the gun much better at rapid firing and maaaaaybe making it worth to be used on BR 4. Probably not if i’m being honest, but it would at least making it less painful to use for sure.
Well, to play devils advocate, it is the most accurate br 4 rifle for germany, it just deals less damage. But, I wouldn’t mind having it in br 3, ONLY if the brust version is lowered to br 4
I love the Carcano PG, unfortunately, I only have one. I would have more if the damn BP store was still open. I’m fine with it’s ROF, but it should be a BR3 the way it is now, and the Burst Carcano BR4.
Breda PC (Carcano) was never in the Battle Pass store.
It was always an event reward, while the Breda PG (CR or Costa Rica) was in the Battle Pass.
The difference is that CR has 4 round burst fire mode and is BRV.

Why on 3BR? She’s on her BR, I understand, someone is tired of her wanting to undervalue BR rifles? She’s not bad, she was given away for an event a long time ago, I have 4-5 pieces.
The problem is that both bredas are supposed to be one hit kill semi autos - but they aren’t always.
VG is a carbine semi auto, just because Breda effectively deals similar damage, doesn’t mean they should be compared. Again, just because a weapon loses its purpose and class because of armor - doesn’t mean it needs to be buffed. Again, its armor than needs to be nerfed.
I mean, it loses this purpose at mid-ranges aswell, without the addition of body armor… I think the damage of ‘low power’ rifles should be increased to that of contemporaries, as a bullet from them would kill just as well as a bullet from the ‘higher power’ rifles.
I’ll continue the discussion of the Winchester 1907 if you compare it, the Winchester will clearly lose; it’s not accurate and it’s unclear how it hits.
I do agree of course, in general no semi auto should deal under 16 dmg with the exception to carbines. Why the damage drop is so severe on guns that are supposed to be shot at medium to long range… beyond me…
That being said, in Enlisteds established balance, semi autos in general lose their one hit down power in medium to long range.
If you now compare a semi with 20 rounders and only close range one hit down - with regular TT semis with half the capacity, then I dare to say that this seems very balanced to me.
However- I personally never use both bredas, because of armor specifically, instead I pick 30 rounder Mondragon - which does have significantly higher recoil, but one hit downs aren’t negotiable.
This would works too. Altho seeing the Breda PG (CR) stuck with pathetic 14 dmg at 10m despite it using more powerful ammo than 6.5mm, Breda PG (CR) needs it’s dmg increased as well along with Breda PG (Carcano). Breda PG (CR) is not even a good weapon to begin with anyway so there won’t be any issues from dmg increase i guess.
