Field Modifications: In rare cases, soldiers (especially US Marines) have attempted to weld two magazines together to increase capacity, but these were one-off, home-made projects rather than factory solutions.
Pretty simple really, Soviets, Axis and Japanese all get decent BR4-5 LMGs while Allies are stuck with subpar M1919A6 and the worst BR4 LMG.
Im clearly a biased Axis main that only supports Axis stuff

A 40 round BAR would absolutely shred, BR4 is absolutely pushing it lol
If SIG KE7 (50) was somehow fine on BR4 than BAR1918 (40) shouldn’t be higher either.
Though I wouldn’t be against moving both to BR5.

bruhh a KE7 with 50 mag would be nuts, u could just mow squads down
and this is coming from an Axis main, i would never want such an abomination in the game, i just cannot see in what world it would be balanced

Pretty sure you know that all factions have br III light mg in TT except soviets, but you bias so yes no, sure)
i thought the KE7 was like 30 mag and at BR3? did I miss an upgrade somewhere?
So, Allies not having a BR3 machine gun with more than 20 rounds in tech tree is not a bias problem?

ok, im saying if it had a larger mag it would also b very unfair and difficult to balance, same with BAR with a bigger mag lol
Okay, just to be clear.
There are two Sig KE7 variants in game:
One in the Japanese (and Axis) tech tree
Another one was an event reward for Japan.
The TT KE7 has a 25 rounds mag and is BR3
The event KE7 (50) has a 50 rounds mag and is BR4.

I thought this gun had a 40-round magazine and would be on par with the MG34.
Just a random thought:
Why can’t the KE7 (50-round) go to BR3 like some vehicles do, since it’s an event weapon?
It’s a rare item anyway.
In the future, where DF just keeps putting garbage reskinned TT weapons in crates,
these guns are only going to get harder to obtain.

Because it’s too strong for BR3. The regular KE7 with half that is perfectly fine for BR3 and any significant buff, like doubling its mag size, it’d be too strong
I absolutely do not favor the Axis powers, but the 40-round Browning light machine gun should be placed in the top-tier matchmaking system, not in the fourth tier. If it were in the fourth tier, the Axis powers’ fully automatic assault rifles would need a rate of fire buff.
