I have almost as many pilots in the game as I have troopers. Why, unless the RNG is broken or you meant it to be this way in which case it’s just stupid.
At the most I can only have 2 planes in a line up and that means I have 2 pilot slots. I don’t need this many pilots !!
Make the RNG actually random not heavily weighted toward pilots. This is just a sadistic joke.
any random loot boxes capable of being purchased with real money need to have their RNG posted in a chart for transparency.
a system for turning all unnecessary soldiers into troopers and being able to train them into other useful soldiers would be welcome

I would love to have 80% assault/gunner and 20% for the rest. I dont want to have a trooper ever again. Allas they give every dude equal chance so everyone can choose what they want and have a equal chance to get what they want.
being able to scrap weapons into universal parts or doing the same with soldiers has been discussed before. Would be nice for the million pilots/radiomen, whatever RNG decided to assault you with.

No because I have purchase troopers with silver orders. And the reason why I have purchased troopers is because thats what I need the most of because every non vehicle squad uses troopers.
But I have way more pilots than I have any other type of soldier and I dont believe this is perfectly random because others have said the same thing.

Currently I have 0 troopers across all my squads.
Btw, if you get to many of some stuff. You can just train them and add them to academy with 3 different dudes. You then get a random soldier back.
How about just stop the RNG crap all together and let me buy silver orders with bronze orders. I’ll pay five to one. Or even 10 to one would be better than what we have now …
I cannibalize the squads I don’t use to fill the others the rest I grind it now or 35 bronze orders for soldiers
bronze for weapons I am spending them on grenades and medkits to fill the teams of all the campaigns
In order to do that you have to have a retraining card which are rare to get. Even if you have a retraining card then you have to have soldiers of the same rank.
I don’t fly that much because I dont care to do it. Which means all these pilots I have sitting around cant be trained with other troops …
1 silver for 10 bronze, well thats a bit dramatic. Chances that you get what you want are 50% and you get around 15 other soldiers extra
