Because it just makes sense. Why have Patton or Zhukov if we cannot have someone to represent axis powers as well? I still believe that profile pics are kinda lame reward for reaching marshall and we should get something better like gold or a unique squad

You cited this? Tried to find the rule in the forum but I can only find three instances of that rule being cited:
If that rule is true then no wonder why Rommel and Yamamoto’s portrait was memory holed in the first place.
Which is absurd IMO since none of these figures were war criminal and Rommel was never vindicated and the modern West German government named a ship after him.. But I’m having a hard time trying to find the exact rule in the forum guidelines but the only rule that I can find relating to that is from this.
