The Marder III H is yet another side-grade to a vehicle in a lower BR, this time being the Marder III. It has better cover for the still-exposed crew and slightly better performance on its APCBC round, but it’s held back by its ammo load out.
The Marder III H loses HE rounds and APCBC rounds and instead gets APCR, which is situational at best and detrimental at worst, meaning that if you live long enough then eventually the Marder III will have better firepower.

Agree with lowering it, but there’s no point in replacing the ammunition, it would be fine as is on BR2

No I’m not saying to replace the ammo, I’m just saying that it’s a reason why the Marder III H belongs at BR2
I don’t exactly get what you mean by this. I’m just saying though, a TD with no HE is dreadful, the Na-To is really bad since it only has 7 such shells and is near useless against infantry.
Yeah I’m just pointing out that the Marder III H has a worse ammo load out compared to the Marder III, I’m not saying that any ammo needs to be changed.

Oh, I see what you meant now. My brain had just woken up from only 4 hours of sleep, so I wasn’t at peak preformance, sorry

if HMG guns can kill a tank from the front, it deserves to be br2 maximum
