Boomerang MK2 to BR1

This aircraft, as a niche premium team, has been neglected for a long time because its body performance and weapon mounting are not particularly outstanding. I remember a long time ago it was assigned to the outrageous place of BR3, but even in BR2, we have better fighter to choose from. This aircraft is actually very similar in weapon configuration and body performance to the German BR1 premium fighter Re2001 CN, so it seems that the boomerang should go to BR1,as a supplement to the premium fighter of the United States in the BR1

Boomerang has two more machine guns and much more ammo

but the bombs and flight stats are worse so Idk

Then you should know that the damage caused by a 7.7mm caliber light machine gun and a 12.7mm caliber heavy machine gun is incomparable. Even if you use 12 of 7.7mm caliber light machine guns from the Hurricane MK2, they can only barely compare to 4 poorly positioned 12.7mm caliber heavy machine guns. Moreover, the smaller caliber machine guns fare even worse when facing large bombers. Intercepting a bomber may require thousands of bullets, while for heavy machine guns, dozens of precise shots can destroy the engine or directly kill the pilot
To put it bluntly, the Boomerang MK2 is essentially a premium version of the Hurricane MK2 with reduced machine guns and added cannons

The Italian 12.7 mm gun is crap, it causes practically no damage to enemy aircraft, it’s not like the American

So 700 bad rounds Vs 4000, I think 4000 is more

Boomerang doesn’t deserve BR2 or BR1, it would be a great 1.5 aircraft, but since we don’t have that in the enlisted, it’s in a very bad situation

Even the worst heavy machine guns cannot be compared to light machine guns, let alone the worst British 7.7. Japan’s light machine guns are even better than Britain’s

No, because it will come with payload nerf… i enjoy the 2 250s in BR2 along with excellent turn time… it is my go to for spawning when i’m playing against japanese pilots… and then the premium p40 for full cas.

Also the hispano is THE BEST aircraft cannon if you don’t consider the amount of ammo for american 50 cals.

So with an acceptable payload (same as hurricane), good weaponry and good turn rate i se eno reason why it should be BR1… and personally think re 2001 shouldn’t be either…

However if that stays BR1 then this should go as well.

You should have noticed the Soviet Yak-1 early, which had similar weapons and bomb configurations but was also in the BR1

I need to emphasize that it’s not 250kg but 250lb. Furthermore, the data for GP bombs is quite poor, only slightly better than that of 50kg bombs, and it ranks at the bottom among 100kg bombs
