If the Soviets can outfit EVERY squad with body armour because one event Assault Engineer squad had it, how come Germany can’t outfit ALL of their squads with reinforced helmets from the German counterpart squad?

even tho body armor is dumb af the german helmet from the assault engis is even worse(83%dmg reduction) you cant shoot them in the head at all that thing makes 15.3 dmg SF look like smgs

Because the Dev’s are overly bias towards the Soviets. 
I don’t think they even try and hide it.
You know, twenty people bitched that AP mines were too powerful, and it seemed like within weeks, the Dev’s nerfed the AP mines. Large numbers of players have bitched about the body armor “FOR YEARS”, and the Dev’s have done DICK about it! All we hear is this BS “we don’t want a knee jerk reaction”. 
Only Assaulter Engineers wore body armor, not every Pavel, Ivan and Sasha had access to it. Only Assaulter Engineers…It’s not that complicated, unless you’re clueless or bias.

Nope you only cant shoot them in the helmet.
Unlike body armor the protection of the helmet does not extend to the rest of the head hitbox. So neck and face should still be 1 shot.

Because the developer is lazy
So lets say 250% damage multiplier… then 80% damage reduction of lets say a rifle…
250% from 15 dmg is like 37 dmg…
Minus 80%? What 8 damage or something…
Wait are you telling me a semi auto rifle against that helmet will deal only 8 dmg? That cant be right.
That would mean it can survive bolt action Headshots. No way. What??

Considering the massive impact of the shitty matchmaking and stacks have on game balance, the constant stream of bitching around the body armor is pretty crazy.

If that is true its gonna be more outrageous than Soviet armor - surviving a boltaction shot to the head, that however still kills in the torse is such a ridiculously stupid mechanic.
Heck, people constantly claim here how it only stops a single pistol round, and apparently I was dumb enough to simply believe that.
But then again back when we found out about Soviet Armor, the claim it only stops pistol rounds was also claimed all the time.
