The 47mm Type1 at gun for Japan is already struggling against Sherman on br3.
Now with the addition of Manchuria, Japan are now going to face KV1 that will be a nightmare for the current low br at gun. So a better low br at gun will be needed.
Experimental Type 2 57mm at gun
There isn’t much information I can find about the ammunition for this at gun.
Someone estimated it has 30g of explosive mass for its ap round. It also has the muzzle velocity of 850m/s or 870m/s depending on the source. So it will have 101.66/105.10mm of penetration.
For HE round someone claim that it could use the shell from chi ha.

Honestly I don’t think dev will bother to implement shell that is not in War Thunder. So this is unlikely to be added.
Type 90 75 mm field gun
Basically the same gun as Chi Nu, Ho-Ni 1 and Ho-Ni 3.
103mm of penetration at 10m.
101mm of penetration at 100m.
But it might be op against tank with weaker armor.
Type 41 75 mm mountain gun
It uses the same ammunition as the Ho-I main gun.
But it has lower muzzle velocity due to shorter barrel.
90mm of penetration for the Heat round.
For balance maybe we can give it only HEAT round. Since HEAT round has less post-penetration damage and is weaker than normal HE round.
If you still think it is too much for infantry, take note that the 57mm M1 for US also has powerful HE round.
