It consists of a frame with a 120 mm long fixed engaged barrel with 4 rifling holes (left, up, right), a bolt with a safety catch, a front sight, a fully guilloched aiming bar, a spiral return spring of 16 coils fitted to the barrel, a combat spiral spring and a trigger mechanism located at the base of the handle, a spring-loaded bracket, a shock the mechanism is located in the bolt, the magazine has 8 cartridges, the plastic cheeks without a notch are fixed with 2 screws to the base. There are stamps on the pistol: - on the bolt: the inscription “To the People’s Commissar of the USSR Navy Admiral N.G. Kuznetsov from the collective of the plant N’181; “Baltiets” prototype N’2”, two crossed anchors, in the middle in the frame “181”; - on the left cheek of the handle is an anchor in a circle under a star with a hammer and sickle.
