As players, what do you all urgently need in the game? On this memorable and extremely significant second anniversary

It is now July 24, 2026. Although today marks the second anniversary of the release of the 2024 enlisted roadmap.
Many past developers have left, while sporadic new ones continue to join us.
But today, in both the physical and spiritual worlds, I hope everyone can briefly set aside all contradictions and disagreements.
Let us celebrate this occasion together.
And let our individual thoughts converge here—especially those with similar ideas and intentions.
Let our minds come together as a proposal, presented to the developers.
QQ20260723-231947
QQ20260723-231746

I know that every player hopes developers will continuously and gradually add more weapons, more gear, more clothing and equipment, more tanks, armored vehicles, vehicles, and aircraft to our game.
But is that enough?
Let’s briefly outline what other players might need—features that make the game more historically immersive, more entertaining, more complete, more social, and better integrated with other games!
I believe many players are looking forward to these: new mechanics, new content, new changes, or new updates.
So please take part in this poll!
Or leave a comment and suggest any missing items or topics here.
*PS: Additionally, I kindly ask all readers to be polite and help address any issues through constructive feedback rather than resorting to constant criticism or making extreme/extremist statements.
This is merely a suggestion—the decision ultimately lies not with the players, but with the developers and the Gaijin executives.

Dear friends, which of the following contents do you hope will be implemented and incorporated into the game by the developers as soon as possible?

  • ① Social System
  • ② League/Social/Clan System
  • ③ Gaijin market-trade system
  • ④ Improve and optimize the corps system
  • ⑤ More sub-factions
  • ⑥ More distinctive content for each faction
  • ⑦ A complete warehouse and search system
  • ⑧ Silver Box: pity system with pity count
  • ⑨ More optional soldier cheer sound effects
  • ⑩More fun and engaging content

*The vast majority of these suggestions have been repeatedly mentioned by developers, helpers, and various players at different times and across different communities. My work here has mainly been about summarizing and filtering them. Every player around the world, you are all great, as long as you truly love this game.

image

The following text provides a detailed description of these 10 projects.
*The tenth item contains 12 separate suggestions (because the forum limits the maximum number of options to 10).

①Social System
Why should we resist collectivism?
Humans are social animals.
Allow players to have more interactions with each other within the game.

Social System

This suggestion includes the following points:

  1. Add a private messaging function between players’ friends.
  2. In the game, add a chat channel for players’ friends.
  3. Fix the bug: Players who are on the blacklist are wrongly displayed as friends.
  4. Allow others to view the personal data display panel set by the player.
  5. Add a personal data display interface for players (similar to the personal display panel in War Thunder).
    image
Allow players to show some of their game data/achievements/highlights, etc. to others.

②League/Social/Clan System
Even for Superman and Batman, they and thier friends also have their own League: The Justice League.

League/Social/Clan System
  1. League publicity board / League recruitment interface
  2. League chat channel
  3. League’s review mechanism for players
  4. When the CMs and GMs publish a ban list, League administrators will receive a notification if any League member’s ID appears on the ban list.
  5. League rewards: League weapons / League vehicle camo / League ornaments (vehicle ornaments & soldier costumes)

③Gaijin market-trade system
Introducing in-game commercial systems will stimulate economic growth within the game, enhance player retention, and foster the development of player communities.

Gaijin market-trade system
  1. Transition from Blue Cards to Trading Permit Cards
  2. Add tradable rewards to future season passes, special event passes, and Marathon, Armory-Support, and Anniversary events, allowing player-to-player trading.
  3. Restrict cheating players from using automated scripts to conduct unauthorized trading activities on the exchange through data interfaces.

④Improve and optimize the corps system
Although the developers recently released dev diaries for the “Replacement Squad” and the “Legacy Squad”—content that many players really enjoyed—the Corps system still has quite a few problems.

Improve and optimize the corps system
  1. Address the discrepancy in squad member class distribution between the Stalingrad squad and other traditional squads.
  2. Convert excess regiment research points into silver coins, or deposit them into a regiment research point pool for storage, allowing players to use these points when researching new regiments.
  3. Introduce new tiers for existing soldier classes (e.g., Tier 3 Engineer).
  4. Continue to commit to developing one new soldier class each year.
  5. Develop a game item that allows players to replenish missing attribute points for a soldier (without exceeding the maximum attribute cap for that soldier’s class and tier).
It is suggested that the developers consider: allowing players to consume “Soldier Rename Cards” to replenish missing attribute points.
  6. Add decorative items for soldiers representing their regiment, such as regiment emblem flags, armbands, collar insignia, shoulder insignia, and chest badges.

⑤More sub-factions
The developers are working on making Britain and Italy into sub-factions. Why not consider adding more sub-factions?

More sub-factions

Some players are eagerly anticipating the content of these sub-factions:
Romania, Bulgaria, Siam, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, Finland, Greece, Spain, India, Indonesia, the Philippines,
Jews from the Soviet Union/Germany/United States,
others

⑥More distinctive content for each faction
The Soviets have a large amount of plate armor, the Germans have double-layered helmets, the Japanese have a large number of swords, distinctive short stature, special bulletproof vests, gun shields, and a large number of weapons and equipment that existed only in blueprint or prototype stages. The Americans have amphibious APCs.
Players are always arguing endlessly over this.
Why don’t the developers add more unique content for each faction/sub-faction, so that every faction has plenty of distinctive features? That would satisfy more players.
*This suggestion covers weapons, equipment, soldier cosmetics, and vehicle cosmetics for all factions and sub-factions.

More distinctive content for each faction
  1. Allow each faction to have unique content purchasable with silver coins (e.g., Japanese swords); allow each faction to have unique content with extra attributes purchasable with cosmetic cards (e.g., Soviet plate armor); allow each faction to have unique content purchasable with gold coins (e.g., German camouflage uniforms and helmets with foliage camouflage).
  2. More supply items: chocolate, black tea, energy bars, ice cream, sugar, morphine, etc.
  3. More melee weapons/melee moves: garrote, pickaxe, wrench, etc.
  4. More ammunition types: incendiary rounds, white phosphorus rounds, poison gas shells, airburst shells, illumination rounds, dye rounds, signal flares.
  5. For infantry, mortars, armored units, and engineer constructions, allow players to use more ammunition types. Or, within certain limits, allow players to configure their own belt loadouts or ammunition types and quantities.
  6. More types of support: naval gunfire support, railway gun support, heavy artillery support, creeping barrage (heavy artillery / Wurfrahmen 40), aerial reconnaissance (including observation balloons, fixed-wing aircraft, and helicopters).
  7. More flavor content: American proximity fuzes, British anti-aircraft radar, German remote-controlled Goliath, Soviet armed helicopter (A-7-3M)
    image
  8. Add more protective cosmetic items for vehicles, such as track links, wooden planks, logs, sandbags, and cement bags. And allow players to install them to a limited extent on top of their existing vehicles or existing vehicle camouflage patterns.
Additionally, introduce some vehicle camouflage cosmetics (such as camouflage nets and foliage) and protective cosmetic items as items exchangeable with silver coins or cosmetic cards, or add them to the game in the form of event rewards or regiment rewards.

⑦A complete warehouse and search system
Developers have been putting a lot of effort into soldier search functionality. Therefore, for weapons, equipment, cosmetics, and uniforms, players also need a well-organized warehouse system and a comprehensive indexing system.

A complete warehouse and search system

in other games within the Gaijin universe, there is also a warehouse system. For example, Active Matter. Players want to be able to intuitively see all the game items and assets they own. If, on top of a basic warehouse system, the developers could provide players with a private, visual warehouse similar to Tarkov’s hideout — that would be even better. Imagine, which man could resist a train loaded with every tank the player owns, and display boards lined with all the various firearms in their possession? Players could even look up combat data through the warehouse system, showing stats from every weapon and piece of equipment they’ve used. That would be paradise.

⑧Gold & Silver Box: pity system with pity count
In many regions, paid loot box mechanics without a guaranteed drop (pity system) may involve violations of laws and regulations against gambling. Furthermore, many players dislike spending large amounts of silver or gold coins only to find it very difficult to obtain the content they are interested in. Therefore, based on their thoughts, this suggestion is put forward: we hope the developers will add a pity system for loot boxes.

Gold & Silver Box: pity system with pity count

1.Milestone/Progress-based Pity System
Treats the gacha process as a progress bar. When the progress reaches a certain node (milestone), a reward is guaranteed. This is similar to “collecting stamps for a prize,” giving players a clear expectation of returns.
2.Tiered Pity System
The gacha is divided into multiple stages, each with different costs per pull, and the rewards gradually increase. A guaranteed drop is usually set at a specific stage (e.g., the third or fifth pull) to ensure players obtain the core reward.
3.Points-based Pity System
Each loot box opening grants a certain amount of points or tokens. When enough points are accumulated, players can directly exchange them for a specific rare reward. This transforms the “luck” problem into an “accumulation” problem, offering the highest level of certainty.
4.Non-duplicate Pity System (Box Gacha)
The reward pool is finite. Each time a player obtains a reward, it is removed from the pool until all rewards have been drawn. This guarantees that players will eventually obtain all items without getting duplicates, though the implementation is more complex.
5.Cyclical Pity System
A sustainably triggerable pity, such as “Every 10 pulls guarantees a reward of purple quality or higher,” which can loop infinitely.
6.Special/One-time Pity System
A pity that triggers only once under specific conditions, for example, “Within the first 100 pulls, at least one red-quality reward is guaranteed.”
7.Duplicate Prevention Pity System
In specific events, the system prioritizes giving players items/styles they do not yet own in order to reduce duplicates.

⑨More optional soldier cheer sound effects
We hope the developers can provide players with optional, more distinctive soldier shout audio?
Let players choose specific voice lines for their soldiers! Give players a stronger sense of immersion, involvement, and spiritual anchor in the game.
This could also give players a reason to spend cosmetic cards, soldier rename cards, or even gold coins on it.

More optional soldier cheer sound effects

Not just when the player presses the shout button! When soldiers are sprinting, or when they die, players want more optional, personalized custom audio content.
For example: “For glory! For the King! For all the gods! For freedom! For democracy! For fairness! For equality! For victory! For joy! For happiness! For money! For family!”
image
Although, to comply with certain regulations and avoid certain extreme content, the developers would restrict/ban certain things, there is still a great deal of legitimate content that can be offered to players.

⑩More fun and engaging content
Since the poll can only have a maximum of 10 options, more interesting suggestions have been consolidated here. Please check the hidden document. Some of these suggestions may cause resentment among some players, but there are also many valuable ones.

More fun and engaging content
  1. Add weapon reliability stats. For weapons with low reliability, there will be a certain probability of malfunction in combat, such as ammunition jams or duds, requiring the player to manually clear the weapon (or have it cleared automatically) so that the player/AI soldier can continue using it.

  2. Add more indirect fire units in the tank category to the tech tree, such as the German Wespe self-propelled artillery, the American M44 self-propelled artillery, etc. Every faction needs them.

  3. Add various anti-tank grenades, bundled grenades, Bangalore torpedoes, 10 kg explosive charges, and sticky grenades for infantry of all factions; replace the Japanese TNT charge with Turtle explosive, etc.

  4. Add one-way grenade chutes to some bunkers/fortifications to help infantry hold strategic points more easily.

  5. The chaotic Spanish Civil War, available as a low-BR-limited event.

  6. Timed-fuze ammunition.

  7. Add more sandbag walls of selectable shapes for engineers.

8.Expand/stretch the BR system
There is a significant difference in weapons and vehicles between BR4 and BR5.

9.Player’s historical battles reports
player want to tally up all the silver coins I’ve earned these past few days!
player want to share with my friends the epic victory I just pulled off in-game!
After a battle, player want to better report cheaters, players who engage in passive gameplay, add annoying players to my blacklist, and send friend requests to the players they like!
Miss the battle results screen, and the only way to do any of this is through the replay system. Way too complicated.
In Enlisted, players need a battle report system similar to the one already available in War Thunder.

10.Folding and unfolding functions for bayonets and bipods
Everyone knows that bayonets come in three types: socket bayonets, those fixed via a bayonet lug/slot system, and folding bayonets.
Bipods, too, can be folded.
Therefore, we hope the developers can implement them
image
Take the German FG42 for example. It features a foldable bayonet and a bipod. It would be great if, in the future, players could manually fold or unfold both of them.
Additionally, it would be great if the bipod could automatically deploy (with a visual effect) and take effect when the soldier is near half-cover or in a prone position.

  1. Optimize squad formation, especially the response order when players switch between soldiers! It would be even better if the minimap could show the identifiers for soldiers 1 through 9 in the player-controlled squad (additional optimization is needed when using vehicles).

  2. At present, the skill trees that players build for soldiers are very rigid, or rather tend toward the optimal solution, such as the fast medic build and the fast movement/shooting build. Many skills are no longer favored by players. We hope the developers will optimize and expand the soldier skill trees, making skill combinations richer and more diverse, and adjust the practicality and power of skills.

others:
Please leave a comment / share your thoughts, and hope that the developers will see everyone’s ideas and suggestions. Then look forward to them eventually being adopted and implemented.

the end
thanks for reading

We really need a new roadmap - the sub-franchises McDonald’s promised last year still haven’t arrived

At this point, I feel like a fool.

I feel like I have been lied to, manipulated and deceived by Gaijin again and again.

Every time a roadmap is published, every time a new feature is promised, and every time the developers say that they are listening to the community, I make the mistake of believing them. I wait. I remain patient. I continue supporting the game.

Then months pass, the promises quietly disappear, and nothing meaningful is delivered.

Once again, the players are expected to forget what was previously announced and become excited about the next minor update, the next event or the next premium vehicle.

How many times are we supposed to fall for this?

An unfinished roadmap is not merely a development delay. When a company repeatedly announces features, improvements and priorities but fails to implement them or even explain what happened, it becomes a question of trust.

And Gaijin has destroyed that trust.

The players were promised progress. What we received were abandoned plans, vague statements, unfinished systems and silence.

The community has been asking for the same fundamental improvements for years:

  • Proper BR rebalancing
  • Narrower and fairer matchmaking
  • Better faction and equipment balance
  • Complete British and Italian progression trees
  • New factions and historically important campaigns
  • A proper social system
  • Private messages, clans and squadron features
  • Better custom-game rewards and hosting tools
  • Meaningful improvements to the mod editor
  • More control over equipment and lineups
  • Events that do not treat the player’s free time as disposable

These are not unreasonable or obscure demands. They are basic improvements that the community has discussed repeatedly.

Yet instead of addressing the game’s structural problems, Gaijin and Darkflow continue releasing small, disconnected and often unnecessary additions.

Another anti-aircraft vehicle.

Another minor interface change.

Another isolated mechanic.

Another premium squad.

Another event designed around fear of missing out.

These updates create the appearance of development, but they do not solve the problems that are slowly destroying the game.

They feel like distractions.

They feel like an attempt to hide the fact that the development team either lacks the capacity, the willingness or the correct priorities to deliver the features that players actually want.

I genuinely do not understand where the development effort is going.

BR balance remains deeply flawed.

The social system remains primitive.

Entire nations remain incomplete.

Custom games remain neglected.

Modding remains limited.

Long-requested features remain missing.

Previously announced ideas vanish without explanation.

But somehow there is always enough time to create another grind-heavy event.

The current marathon is one of the most insulting examples.

The required score has been increased from 20,000 to 25,000 points for every two-day stage.

Why?

What problem does this solve?

Does it make the event more interesting?

Does it improve gameplay?

Does it reward skill?

No.

It simply forces players to spend more time grinding.

For me, 25,000 points means approximately two hours of gameplay, and sometimes even longer. That is two hours every two days, repeatedly, just to avoid missing part of the event.

The moment I see the 25,000-point requirement, I feel disgusted.

I do not feel motivated.

I do not feel excited.

I do not want to play.

I feel as though Gaijin is looking at its players not as people who should be entertained, but as engagement statistics that must be forced upward.

Perhaps the developers believe that increasing the requirement will improve player activity. In reality, it makes the game feel like unpaid work.

It feels like the event was designed not to respect players, but to exploit their fear of missing out.

Has anyone responsible for setting this requirement actually played the game like an ordinary player?

Have they tried earning 25,000 points after a full day of work?

Have they tried doing it without abusing the strongest vehicles, the most efficient lineups or the easiest farming methods?

Have they tried repeating it every two days?

If they had genuinely experienced the game from the perspective of an average player, I find it difficult to believe that they would consider 25,000 points a reasonable target.

The developers seem completely disconnected from the reality of their own game.

What makes this worse is that the increased grind comes while major community demands continue to be ignored.

We are being asked to play more while receiving less of what we were promised.

We are being asked to invest more time while the roadmap remains unfinished.

We are being asked to trust the same people who have repeatedly failed to deliver.

I am tired of being treated like an idiot.

I am tired of believing announcements that lead nowhere.

I am tired of

The first and second suggestions are very important, and players should not be individuals. I am looking forward to these two suggestions being adopted

Gaijin’s games are overflowing with issues!
I want to select every single option listed above. Maybe the poll should allow multiple selections?

There are indestructible buildings, map bugs, tanks slipping all over the terrain, and so on.
Playing this game every day feels like being a safety inspector on a construction site.
You log on hoping to have fun, yet you end up frustrated and log off.

The roadmaps for 2022 and 2023 were never fulfilled.
There isn’t much of a roadmap for 2025 or 2026 either.
It seems the team is mostly just taking things one step at a time.

My friend, I can truly empathize with how you feel. But sometimes life is just so helpless. Let’s keep going together, hoping that we can survive a longer stretch of time before we wither away. We can only hope that the old roadmap gets completed soon and a new one can be drawn, as long as we remain standing strong and alive.

friend:
Here is a small error that needs clarifying. As for the 2023 roadmap, it had indeed been completed now, but the wrap-up was terrible. Spanning the long stretch from 2023 to 2025, James and Major (the two CMs), together, they brought Keofox’s 2023 roadmap to close.

No, Enlisted doesn’t need a player trading system like War Thunder. That would only exacerbate the problem of middlemen intentionally AFK farming gear. Imagine if people started ignoring combat to farm gear—what would be the game’s historical significance? I dare say that most of those voting in favor of the player trading system are underage Chinese players. Furthermore, Enlisted needs sub-factions and new equipment, not player trading systems and chat functionality. After all, this is a World War II historical game, not some childish Chinese-style pretend play game focused on buying and selling.

That’s some really solid advice. I hope the devs actually see what the players are saying.

yes imagine all major and minor powers in ww2 got their own faction

Clan system is just a myth at this point Even a global lobby chat seems to hard to developers atp…

Implementing a marketplace is risky for Enlisted. Unlike War Thunder’s limited vehicle coupon trades, most strong gear here originates from loot boxes and events. Unrestricted bulk trading of weapons like MP41(r), 20-round Thompson and US .30 machine gun would destroy low-BR balance.
Bug fixes and map improvements should take priority. Also, are there official 2025 and 2026 development roadmaps?

I just want a new gamemode. I’ve been playing Enlisted for 3 years doing the same objectives

In Squads mode, map choice with BR +/-0.

Exactly. War Thunder features Arcade, Historical and Defense modes, alongside the World War massive campaign mode and the newly launched asymmetric vehicle-locked mode, bringing abundant gameplay choices.

In comparison, Enlisted only offers regular matches on various maps. Players will inevitably grow weary after long hours of repeated battles

Although it has been a few days, I still want to add some exposure to this article. Here, I would like to @MajorMcDonalds to talk to our community manager. Of course, he is unlikely to make any comments or even read this article. After all, he is just an ordinary person who got this job and not a real decision maker. However, I will still @ him because we (I think I am not the only one who has this idea) really love this game and we really hope that more people will come to play it. So, I would like to ask MajorMcDonalds if he can reveal some content about the article created by @Ice_Cricetus? For example, at least let us know if the developer has read this article? Even reveal whether the suggestions have been adopted?
However, I think this is an unrealistic fantasy. I just think he has too little interaction with the community, and I also have doubts about his work ability, while he always acts as an invisible person。

This is the work ability of Major McDonald’s

However, I am not maliciously slandering him. The message he left me was very satisfactory to me. Although I continued to express my dissatisfaction at the time, it was actually quite inappropriate. I hope he can have more player interaction like this

To improve fairness of matches:

  • Make joining matches deep in progress into an opt-in with reward bonus (i.e. check a box, join as defender when attackers already reached/capped the first point or even later, get a bonus % reward for playing the match to completion)

  • Warning when trying to enter the queue with mismatched BR squads/players active (i.e. “One of your active squads has a higher Battle Rating than the others. Due to matchmaking, this may place you at a disadvantage. Are you sure you wish to continue?”, “One of your fellow players has a lower Battle Rating than others. Are you sure you wish to continue?”)

  • Restrict or warn players about purchasing squads for BRs which they have not yet researched. At minimum there should be a confirmation message to the effect of “You have not yet unlocked the Battle Rating of this squad. Using it before you unlock its Battle Rating may place you at a disadvantage. Are you sure you wish to continue?”

  • Temporarily lock control points in invasion, destruction, and assault to prevent the inexcusable situation where attackers reach an objective before defenders.

  • Favor BR +/- 0 matchmaking when player count permits it. Uptiers and downtiers should only happen as a last resort when the matchmaker has no other choice to make a full lobby.

  • Minimum 2 human players per team to begin a match. No player should ever have to “solo” any part of a match all alone, especially when outnumbered 2-to-1 or 3-to-1.

  • Support mouse and keyboard controls for consoles, and change crossplay options to control scheme (i.e. controller vs mouse+keyboard) instead of platform. Allow mouse+keyboard console players to use text chat in matches.

To Improve the Group/Stack Experience

  • Make current Battle Ratings of group members visible by faction. Every time someone enters a group, they end up asking which BRs we are on for coordination; this should be simply visible in the UI.

  • Opt-in text chat with current stack/group members in the main menu. We should not need an external application like Discord to ask group members basic info about their preferences for faction, BR, etc before entering a match. To head off abuse, text messages should require approval from the recipient before their content appears, and it should be possible to report/block for abusive messages as well.

All of this.

For the BR+/- 0 most of the time, it’s probably enough to up the timeout of when a match gets up-/down-tiered. I would happily wait up to 1 minute to find a +/-0 match, and if I’m real antsy to get into a game I’ll play the uptier match after the minute is up, and if I’m not looking to sweat I’ll just leave the queue at 59 seconds and then re-queue, waiting up to another minute each time if I’m dead-set on it.

Even better would be a checkbox "allow up-/down-tier? (Not checking this may significantly increase matchmaking time).

Also, groups/stacks should be restricted to playing matches against other groups/stacks. I’d be surprised to hear about any group vs non-group game of even mildly competent players that was not won by the grouped-up team. Considering there is no real in-game chat, and none at all for console players, if even 2 people are coordinating in realtime via discord or whatever, they have an absolutely massive advantage.

Even just being able to say “ok, hold in cover and wait for the signal to rush the point” and then have 2 or more squads rush the point at the same time from different directions is enough to completely break the match. And sure, YOU COULD type this into the team chat, but literally 100% of the time it will be completely ignored, so…

Great list, OP. Honestly, a lot of these suggestions are solid and I’d love to see most of them implemented.

But here’s the thing — I can’t help but feel like there’s something way more fundamental that’s being overlooked here.

The core gunplay and movement in this game are, frankly, some of the worst I’ve ever experienced in an FPS. No exaggeration. The way your character moves feels less like controlling a human being and more like driving a tank. The camera sway and weapon handling are so clunky that every firefight feels like you’re wrestling with the game itself rather than playing it. And what’s up with everyone’s head acting like it has a stabilizer bolted onto it? It just feels… off.

I’ve tried to get several friends into Enlisted. These are people who play everything — MMORPGs, mil-sims, vehicle combat games (War Thunder WoT), competitive shooters like CS and Valorant, even stuff like Squad & HLL. They’re not casuals who get scared off easily. But every single one of them? They all noped out within the first few hours because the basic movement and shooting felt that bad to them. They never even got a chance to see the deeper stuff — the faction variety, the squad system, none of it — because the very first thing you experience in this game, the act of simply moving and shooting, pushed them away.

I get that this might be an engine-level limitation. I’m not naive — some things are baked so deep into the code that you can’t just patch them out. But I figured I should at least say it out loud, because no amount of clan systems, trading markets, or faction reworks is going to matter if new players quit before they ever get to experience any of it.

Just my two cents. Thanks for putting this together, OP — really hope the devs read through all of this.

We’re looking at threads like this all the time.

We can’t always respond to them with anything particularly helpful. For every instance someone asks for “a social system”, we can continuously say “it’s been forwarded” - since it has, a number of times, and brought up again often, with detail and so on. People forget that something being forwarded does not mean it will be added into the game - or when it will be added, if it’s decided it will be. So the detail we can provide is slim, othe than continue repeating the same things until we DO have some updates on it, which might come through some news piece of a comment on the forum.

So, in response to “tell us if you have any updates about the things in this article or whether devs have read it” - I can confirm all these things are known to devs that players want these, and how much, and how it would benefit X and Y, and so on. What I can’t do (yet) is say what precisely will be done or when it will be. When we can say, we do say.

Specifically about missing patch notes, I have nothing else I can add to my original comment that you quoted, that’s literally what the situation is. They’re always preliminary for this reason.

Though one of the points on this suggestion post (also the most popular it seems) I can comment on - a “market-trade system”, I assume like the GJN market in War Thunder (I see in the description of this point you don’t mean literally like this, but the concepts of trading things between each other and tickets and so on that you do mention are linked directly to this answer). This is highly likely to not happen now. The main reason for this is that War Thunder has “hidden/unavailable/gift” vehicles that aren’t available any other way, usually, on the GJN market. Enlisted no longer has this - the Silver and Gold chests (as well as returning squads for sale for a limited time still) are a way for players to get this content, so this content is now “always available”, and therefore the reason for the Gaijin Market in WT no longer applies to Enlisted.
Of course I should preface this by saying nothing is impossible and things can change over time, but right now, I would not expect it due to the reasons I mentioned above.
