Here’s an idea:
When the whistle blows, your side’s artillery is disabled until it’s time for the enemy to charge.
That’s more historical too.

From a military history perspective, World War I was a campaign of killing time while crouching in trenches, especially in defensive battles, where infantry could only huddle in the trenches waiting for bayonet fighting.

Add more soldiers. That’s what Enlisted is all about. Players should be commanding squads instead of going solo. That way it increases the chances of survival and makes up for a very epic charge.

So give us back the AI squads. Controlling a single soldier for less than 5 minutes and then being kicked back to the squad respawn screen just makes me feel like Sisyphus. Controlling a 9-man squad is much more forgiving and fighting until only one survivor reaches the goal provides a greater sense of accomplishment and a deeper understanding of the brutality of war.

Have you even played this game? I’ve played for hours. Most of the time I die without even knowing what hit me. No squads, barely anyone pushing. What else did you expect?

But the top prize Mondragón is still pay-to-win in the end. I remember someone once suggested a 10-round mag for the Mondragón, right? I think this gun needs more buffs for Germany at BR3—it could even be better than the SVT-38 on paper. The reload speed feels off, though.
It’s a short mag—why’s it reload at the same speed as a drum mag?
You mean Kar98k trench? That was the weapon reserved only for the pre-alpha early supporters of the game, if I recall correctly.

I have to say, even the reduced capture task is too difficult.
You have too little influence on the battle situation alone, if everyone have average skill, then no one can capture any point. Because obviously defensive side has greater advantage.

Oh, I see. I didn’t look closely at the icons, I only remembered the last paid Mondragón.
I think this gun is practically perfect. I wish it was available via the covert tree, or that we got more than three of them. It’s such a good gun.
It’d be great if free players could get it too. But realistically, with only 13 days, most players will probably only be able to finish the last two missions, even if they grind hard.
I feel like if the devs don’t make changes, regular players are gonna have a really tough time.
