Well I have since such rifle existed its mentioned in multiple sources but we dont know nothing about it since it didn’t survived the war but multiple sources suggest such rifle existed:
If you are interested about the Hino rifle that’s the most reliable source I have found with all the info about the rifle and we really dont know nothing about it but there is documents that suggest that it existed but how it looked and what was it mechanics or system we don’t know:

Here is collected all the evidence about the rifle so far. There is even special credit to some forum members 
it seems the research on this rifles is still going but in reality we dont know nothing about it we have some evidence that the rifle existed or such rifles existed but there is no info about them really only from reports and no specifics.
So there is no point in replacing it until more data is found when there is enough data the devs can change it giving it realistic stats.
So all this things are not true the only true thing is we don’t have data on the rifle but there is actually record on such rifle in historic documents from multiple sources however they only suggest existence of this rifle without enough information about the rifle itself.

@LokalHero You can read the article even by the creator logic this rifle should exist so you can close this topic since it suggests nothing productive. So even by your own logic Veekay this rifle should be in the game I would understand if you said we dont have enough data but this rifle checks all your points really its the most useless topic about ‘‘realism’’ made its so poorly made that my head hurts how bad are your arguments and there is arguments that are valid if you said we don’t have enough information on the weapon instead of this you have absolutely gone in the wrong direction to be absolutely counter productive. A valid suggestion would be if you have information about the rifle or rifles of this type and how to change them however you suggested nothing then delete it without a solution.
