Adding slings for weapons with attachment points

Hello,

I would like to suggest adding slings (straps) for weapons that already have attachment points in the game.

Currently, several weapons are modeled with hooks or attachment points, but without visible slings. Adding slings could bring several improvements:

• More visual realism (faithful to historical equipment)
• Better immersion
• Additional details that enhance weapon models

For example, weapons like the M1 Garand and the Kar98k (Karabiner 98k) were historically equipped with slings and already feature attachment points in their models.

Optionally, these slings could:

• be purely cosmetic
• or have a slight gameplay impact (e.g., smoother weapon switching animations)

It wouldn’t hurt to add hoses to the flamethrowers and wires to the demolition machines.

I just found it funny that they haven’t been able to make hoses for flamethrowers in the game for many years, but they don’t mind doing it for the sake of pretty pictures.

Overall, we have one almost night map. Specifically, a fortified area in the evening with cloudy weather. It looks quite dark. It was only in the editor that I was able to find out that it wasn’t actually night.
