Add to LMG/HMG/AT gun comander role

Almost every person knows that right now it is only a gunner is a part of any LMG/HMG squads and AT guns also have a loader, but there should be a comander as well, with binocular, so he could say a gunner where to point his gun to hit enemies.

So my proposal is to add an additional personal cell to LMG/HMG/AT with abilities similar to tank commander: to be able to use binocular while seeing where gun is pointed and to move this point at direction of commander look
