Add T-54 mod.45 for BR5 USSR tech tree

Only if that ever stopped the devs to add something majority of prototypes didn’t saw 1 second of WW 2 combat and lets not start with Su-9 that was not even build during WW 2 its first flight was 13 November 1946… so yeah.

So yeah the less other BS I see added to the game, the happier I am

Well this game is full of prototypes I cant even get a normal A6M2 instead of this we have prototype in the TT mod 11 and they now gonna ruin the battle pass normal A6M2 and turn it to prototype so I think you will see a lot of BS xD

You’re not getting it. I gave you evidence that it was in manchuria during ww2. I’m saying both statements can be true. It could of been there during the war with a crew inside of it just sitting there hanging out, and just because it never got used to fire at the enemy doesn’t mean it wasn’t there in military service. Seeing no combat is very different than not being there in military service.

No you did not.

Evidence is document, report, at least reputable historian’s article, but not Wikipedia claiming one thing in English and the opposite thing in Russian.

It never saw combat, it was never deployed to fighting units, it was never dispatched from deep in USSR training grounds.

Unless you have actual documented evidence of the contrary, of course

So you acknowledge it was at the very least in military service then?

I never said it wasn’t adopted into service.

My claim is that no soldier in WW2 ever saw a single T-44 on any battlefield.

That’s kind of a crazy take though coming from you. You’ve always been against prototypes and weapons that weren’t adopted by military entering the game. T44 is not a prototype and was officially apart of ussr military, but it’s still not good enough simply because it never left a military base somewhere?

I’ve always been against stuff that wasn’t ever seen on the battlefields of WW2.

That’s not a good argument here. Not wanting prototypes is more reasonable than is. Only 3 records of u.s. encountering a tiger2, yet in game it’s there constantly. Fg42 was a rare weapon yet everyone can equip their entire lineup with them. I can go on and on. You’re simply spouting a double standard with this one. Not like you’re going to change your mind on it so it doesn’t matter. I vote yes to a t44. Thanks for your input

It’s as far from double standard as it gets.

Regardless of how frequent or numerous the weapon was – meeting FG 42 in Berlin is plausible.
Meeting T-44 in Berlin is pure fantasy.

Not with how the game is set up. Germany gets to use stuff with prototype numbers that were hardly functioning because 3 guys on the opposing side saw it but yet it’s not okay for something that was fully legitimate, in service, but no records from opposing side seeing it? Get real. Do you have any idea how many things weren’t truly documented and/or the documentation was simply lost, or civilians just don’t have access to it. Again, it doesn’t matter, because the game doesn’t function the way you want it to. It’s already okay for prototypes to exist here, and this is far beyond a prototype

What exactly was “prototype numbers”?

Once again: Tiger 2 was used in WW2. T-44 was not used in WW2.

Only by your definition, and only because I’m not going to scour the entire internet looking for more evidence.

It was definitely apart of ww2 though. Here’s a fun fact for you.

489 Tiger IIs, were produced at the Henschel assembly plant, …

T44
By the end of 1944, 25 were built, which was far below the earlier optimistic estimate of 300 tanks. 940 additional units were built in 1945.Nov 11, 2017

(Ww2 database)

Just shy of twice the amount of king tigers

But, with manchuria war ending late august we can round down to around 650 units assuming they were produced at an equal rate. Which is still more than king tiger numbers

I’m really not sure why you’re trying to argue against my personal preference.

Which is:

When I want to play Battle of Berlin, I want to see T-34-85, Pz IV, Panther, IS-2 and other equipment which a soldier could potentially see during that time.

I, once again personally, don’t want to play Battle of Berlin and see an army of Chinese with PPSh S, AF, AS, RD, Su-9 1946 and T-44.

I get it, but how you want it, isn’t fair with how the game is set up. Case and point. If it was your way, with the current game mechanics, it would be ridiculous. Not many people want to play that version. But hey, maybe the game will get another redesign in the future. Who knows.

I actually really liked the campaign model myself

This is a suggestion thread, hence I am expressing my vote and opinion.

And I’m happy to see I’m part of a 74% majority here

Bro, Germany had more Tiger II tanks (492) than US had Jumbo tanks (~250) and Pershing tanks deployed in Europe (~200) combined.

Im not sure what all the vote was actually for or how it was worded. I’ll rephrase though. No one is going to want to play an opposing team to germany if it was your way, WITH current game mechanics. It would be a shit show and a total curb stomp with no mechanics resembling real life.

The event with russia fighting japan showcased this. No one wanted to play japan willingly and they had to force players to do so.

I have been playing Enlisted on all factions and all BRs since 2020 and never even bothered to unlock AS, AF, RD, Autohei, Tokyo SMG, T20, Hyde 44, Hori or Su-9 1946.

Been doing just fine and having a good time.
