ooo what if to make it unique it had a machine gunner with a bren, an assaulter or two with a sten or tommy and then the rest of the guys with either ross rifles or lee enfields and it could be a multiweapon ‘historical’ squad setup
after someone start complain that this is OP better stay safe, someone already complained that the aussie squad in pacific with a less cheaper sten is OP
Ye because the game is so historical accurate that a full-auto vg1-5 is s heresy
Ha…
Dude before talk of historically accurate see the rpd in berlin, the stg in moscow, the Beretta1918 in normandy, the ovp in tunisia, the mp28 in stalingrad…
The STG isn’t in Moscow that would be the MKB. The Beretta 1918, MP28, OVP are all historical weapons that are slightly out of place however the weapons themselves are relatively speaking faithful to what they’re supposed to be. Changing the characteristics of weapons is a different ballpark.
Mkb= pre stg prototype, instead of stumwegher or machinpistole is called machinekarabiner, whao what difference
Last time used libya
Replaced by mp34 and mp35
Last time used ethiopia
look
in game beretta1918 lack of the second trigger for the full auto it have only one trigger and is supposed to use only the semi-automatic fire but if have only the full-auto mode
m2 carabine is the the m1 carabine with the fire selector modified for the full auto
same thing is the gewer43 modified for use kurz bullet and so burst fire
So wy a modified vg1-5 with full auto is different? We have a lot of ahistorical thing so a modified vg1-5 is the last thing someone need go to see
I repeat
A fucking rpd and ak47 prototype are in berlin , so there is no problem to add a full-auto vg1-5
Mate I am well aware of where and when those weapons are used spelling it out multiple times doesn’t prove your point and clearly you missed mine.
The lack of a second trigger is a graphic design mistake not a historical liberty
Yes and unlike a full auto Vg1-5 the M2 Carbine actually exists.
BECAUSE IT DID NOT EXIST that is the sum or my point.
Firstly the AS44 is not an AK prototype. The AK is said to taken many design ques from the AS44 program however they are not linked.
Secondly and more importantly regardless of the fact that the RD44 and AS44 are in Berlin both of those weapons existed they’re historical fault is that they shouldn’t be present in that location, Not because they didn’t exist
As far i see you are forgiving toons of ahistorical contenent for attack one my simply request, wo compared with dev ahistorical choice is the last thing someone need complain about
What? How am I forgiving historically inaccurate content? That contradicts your entire argument dude.
You stated yourself that there’s historically inaccurate weapons in respective campaigns ergo adding a weapon that doesn’t exist is okay.
I don’t agree with that. I don’t like weapons being in campaigns that they shouldn’t be but I draw a hard line at content that never existed.
Don’t take this the wrong way dude but I have no idea what you’re trying to say here. I’m not sure if you’re using a translation app but you lost me
I want a event full auto vg1-5 because we have already toons of ahistorical shit, and this one is actually requested because the gun is a semi-auto locked to assaulter
That’s fine you can want one all you want I have no control or say over that
I can however say that I don’t want one for the reasons I’ve already stated
In my book this does not justify the devs adding more historically inaccurate content especially content that never existed at all.
This is specifically important to me because bEnlisted is one of the only games to get the volkssturmgewehr right as semi automatic only. Pretty much ever other game to feature this rifle gets it wrong and makes it fully automatic by default.
Is there historically inaccurate content in game? Yes there absolutely is but I don’t want to see the devs just throw it all out the window for the kick in the teeth.
For example by this logic, what’s to stop the devs from adding ridiculous over the top stuff like say a German E75. Never existed beyond blue prints and technical drawings which is more than can be said for a full auto Vg1-5.
