75/32 M41 to BR 2 with some buffs

Hello! Now hear me out before you just click no. As of now the 75/32 M41 is not fit with BR 2 with its current shells. While its shells are decently powerful, they struggle with Infantry and can struggle with more armored targets. I suggest they move it to BR II and give it Granata mod.32 (HE) and some EPS M42 (HEAT). Its armor is pretty good so it shouldn’t struggle and once they give it some HEAT for more armored targets and HE for Infantry it’ll be a very good BR II AFV. Also it might not need HEAT as its APHE shell is very good, being able to kill a KV-1. In its place could be this:

Thank you for your time and I’ll be making a suggestion on a vehicle that could replace it in BR I.
Also if you do this make it available to the German Tanker II Squad as well.

IMO Italy should get another Semovente for BR2 instead.

Historically speaking back in Africa those Italian TD with their famous HEATs were able to defeat Matilda tanks (75mm KV1 like armor) - Germany did not have long 75mm on tanks at that time. In other words, Italy actually had better vehicle based anti tank capabilities than Germany.

So I do think those Italian vehicles could see more love for sure - that being said current M41 is quite nice in BR1, so changing it makes no sense what so ever.

Adding an event BR2 version with those big HEATs would be fun tho, together with some later BR3 and BR4 versions for the TT of course.

I would too but I would like the current one to have better Anti-Infantry capabilities and if it did get HE people would demand it gets moved up to BR II.

So, how much pen does said HEAT even have? Like its a BR1 vehicle and it being able to take out all BR2 vehicles doesn’t seem unfair considering it has no MG and is a poor SPG. Maybe giving it its HEATs while staying in BR1 is only on paper too much.

Panzer III J has more armor and its gun can take out all BR2 vehicles already.

100 mm of pen. It’s APHE has 77mm of pen and I think it can over pressure.

not the issue here, its HEAT shells are excellent in anti-infantry/support role.
There are no tanks with 75mm cannons on BR1 with HE. Just none which wont change anytime soon.

I was about to give you so much shit for voting yes to this and no to chaffee.

But suggesting a different 75 with aphe/abcbc and he shells is just as bad. The axis hypocrisy is real.

I wonder how many kills tank mgs get in comparison to he shells.

  1. BR2 is most overbloated BR in the game, there’s no need to move stuff from other BRs to it.

  2. this vehicle is far more unique on BR1 than it would be on BR2 with classic ammo layout.

So no, thanks. Not a good suggestion.

Or it could be the one for BR II while the current one stays at BR I. But until they add the other model, I want HE on this one.
