One a high velocity gun, enclosed tank destroyer with heat and he I am sure you would give the same favor to a ussr tank, give the option to vote for he and heat separately , because yeah that sure seems fair against the us br2 tanks a td that can be killed by mg fire and one that turns and has the profile of a double Decker dumster
Me personally I would only give it HE because it’s APHE is sufficient already even at higher BRs against enemy tanks.

I have no problem with giving a td with thin armor , no mg or turret he to kill infantry
But not heat rounds heat slight less pen then ap or aphe but more then he
75mm he big but not 88mm and up big splash

Biggest Chaffee glazer here: this semovente they suggest is undeniably worse. In fact it’s so bad I was gonna suggest one of the higher tier ones instead.

You don’t know how wrong you are. Not being able to peek corners or drive one way, shoot another is a VERY stressful expiriance, having to expose your thin side armor to have a shot is NOT a minor problem.
I will say, for higher skilled players not having a turret isn’t that big of a downside. It mainly affects new players. Tho the Chaffee benefits a lot more than most tanks as it’s dependent on a scoot and shoot style of play.
So kinda like chaffee, just new players have hard time with it
