690RPM, 32-round mag, BR1 SMG, why gaijin why?

The event SMG has stats for BR3. It is even worse than the Type 100 SMG in its most OP days. So gaijin removed one OP SMG in BR1, just to bring in a new one? I don’t get it.

for 6.6 DMG

As stated above, the damage hampers it greatly… In its current guise it is a strong BR I gun but not much more, a Austen copy.

However, if you believe as I do that it should be BR III…

Should be buffed to 6.8, and move to BR II(same as lanchester )

Why specificly BR II, if you don’t mind me asking?

There’s just as many Commonwealth SMG options in BR II as there is in BR I, and what’s more I do believe that the 600 RoF figure the gun currently has is a very conservative (and wrong) figure…

Wouldn’t BR III make it more unique, especially if you go out of your way to be a little creative with the stats?

The gun represent the final iteration of British SMG development, does it not deserve to be the best out of its siblings?

Too low dmg and RPM for III.

I would then refer to the ZK-383, which is a beast and I love it, and what I used to model my intended stat changes off.

Zk is good, but it has a higher rpm and reduced dispersion.

This could be applied to patchett as well.

But tbh there is already a BR3 Commonwealth event SMG, the lanchester 50, and I don’t see the Patchett being a good enough contender to stand up to it. It should have been TT anyway and would have fit very well in BR3 if it had a similar treatment to the ZK.

Of course, of course, I’m not arguing that the current Patchett is ready for BR III. I just want it moved there after some much needed changes.

The ZK-383 and Beretta M38A share the same BR, granted the M38A has 40 rounds rather than 50 and that extra 10 is doing a lot of legwork… But it is a good comparison…

It’s not perfect, Valkay suggested a damage increase to 7.0 on top of everything, I’m not nessesarily against it.

Totally artificial stat. They could have easily gave it 7.0 or 7.2 dmg instead.
