Due to the meta and the complains from F2P players i think that the slot system should be slightly changed to 3 Infantry squads (as it is) and the vehicle slot category split to Ground vehicle and Aircraft slots, so it can’t be abused by a bringing a 2nd tank or plane without paying as for the value of premium time being decreased i consider it highly unlikely since the weapon orders are now tied to XP gain, such a change would also help tone down the “Pay to Wins” cries towards the game

Although I had a different idea after reading the previous comment. Why not give the option for F2P players to choose between either an extra vehicle slot or an infantry slot.
The extra vehicle slot will function as mentioned in this post. You can have a tank and a plane. Or else you can take the option to have an extra infantry slot. I think this will help conclude the ‘extra slots is P2W’ thread we have going on.
But having this option to select an infantry slot instead should only come after lvl 15 or so. That’s a good incentive to grind and will make sure that paying for slots remain relevant. I wouldn’t find it very pleasing when I find that something that I paid for just became free.

An extra vehicle is infinitely more valuable than an infantry squad will ever be.

You do know that squads respawn and an extra squad doesn’t suddenly give you more respawns? Do you require help?

Having to bring an engineer squad that i dont want to play as much as say , a second rifleman squad is the difference between 99 kills and 120 kill sorry you dont understand yet
you will get there once you hit like 150 hours

I played during the closed alpha when berlin looked completely different and these forums were on the war thunder forums

change to what? i have 3 slots , and engineer squad is required to keep the cattle moving up the map in case another engineer isnt playing right. Or else you do not win
