The Soviets have no Aircraft in Br 4 Tech Tree.
Second reason if the Soviets get a Br 4 Bomber than maybe the Japanese Ki 83 would be more usefull in Br4 a bit, out of topic the Japanese should most likely get a Ki 102 with Bombs in Br4 anyways!

It hase the Maximal Bomb load of * Bombs: Up to 5,000 kg (11,023 lb) of bombs in the internal bomb-bay.
But for Enlisted Br 4 whe need a much lighter Bomb Load
I think ca 1,000 kg would be best for Br 4
A Yer-2 was modified with experimental Mikulin AM-37 engines, a reinforced undercarriage, armored seats for the navigator and gunner, and 12.7 mm UBT machine guns in place of its original ShKAS weapons. Or just 1 Bomb of 1000 kg BRAB-1000 (1938) armor-piercing bomb 1,046 kg

The 2,600 kg would be to high for Br 4 and enlisted in general, but i think Bombs:** :* 1,000 kg bombs
would be perfect, four 250 kg (551 lb) would be best i think!
In the first video it was told often by crews themself smaller bombs where thrown out by hands
out of this thing , this could make it maybe a bit stronger or just be a meme Weapon
Some military versions of the Li-2 also had bombing equipment—such as bomb sight and bomb racks, and defensive turret, unlike the military C-47 development of the DC-3, which was strictly an unarmed military transport. The defensive armaments consisted of MV-3 dorsal turret with a 7.62 mm (.30 in) ShKAS machine gun, later replaced with a 12.7 mm (.50 in) UBT heavy machine gun. Additionally two ShKAS machine guns on pivot mount could also be mounted on both sides of the rear fuselage near the cargo door. A version designated Li-2VV (Voyenny Variant = military variant) had a redesigned nose for extra ShKAS machine gun and could carry up to four 250 kg (551 lb) bombs under the central fuselage. Smaller bombs could be carried inside the fuselage and thrown out of the cargo door by the crew.[12]
