YER2 has no pilot controlled gun, worse flight performance, bombload, defensive armament than B25. Those drawback should justify why it is 2 br lower than B25.
Many players think it shouldn’t on br4 in the first place.
Why are you so obsess with Yer2 to be on br4? This could be on br3. And there is more suitable bomber that can be added for USSR b4.
