Whelp, now after all the bitching from the majority of the paid players about custom battles and the XP gains, DF has decided to decrease the bot count in all custom matches from the max 20, to just FUCKING 2!!! FUCKING 2!?!?!?!?!/ This bot count ALONE is boring to play with in any match. Especially LF. So this shit has honestly killed the mode entirely for me entirenly. I was having fun playing hardcore squads with all of these bots in my lobby. It was one of the most fun and authentic feeling experiences I’ve had in a while in this game and it felt like a new spark of joy for me here.
But nah, now because paid players have to psychologically defend their purchases somehow, now we have to deal with the shitty, downgraded custom options, and boring ass lobbies. Yeah thanks paid players for complaining. You guys got what you wanted. Ay fuck me, I needa get off this game and this forum. This playerbase is leading the game to it’s own demise with every thing they complain about…
After the implementation of the custom matches. I was genuinely considering buying premium for once @Keofox. This shit wasn’t deterring me from the game but bringing me BACK into it when I had lost hope. This change just made me lose hope even more and I’ll probably drop this game for good now honestly.
I think it is bc of the forums tho. There has been plenty of complaining from sooooo many people the last 24 hours about this. It’s unbelievable how many have been complaining about this shit… Well, they got what they wanted I suppose.

I mean think about all the frustration normal grinding causes leading to people buying premium and premium squads to grind faster. Having fun while doing it hurts their wallets. We cant ACTUALLY have fun while playing after all
I mean even then the grind was just a tad more fun if anything. But even then after a while playing with the bots got boring quick and it didn’t have the same magic as the normal matches do. And the grind was still just as tedious and just as frustrating as the base game. But it was still the most fun I’ve had in this game in a long while
Heck even as I said, I was actually considering buying premium for once. Which is something I personally have never done for this game. Whelp, that thought is completely out the window for me now that they did this move. Good going DF and those who complained…
I wanted to get some boosters for it but well they screwed over my fun idea. One step closer to leaving the game I guess. The weapons rework will be my last day playing I think
To be honest, I farmed, some levels for Axis Berlin, I started at level 3 and made it to level 12. It was very very boring, I never had the opportunity to (ab)use D-Day or Lake, I did it with Ver-Sur-Mer using the stationary MG’s as the defender.
It was really really … really boring.
But the most effective way to level up quickly … .
You, are not Ratardo. But Retardo my friend. Get past the “OH ITS UNFAIR XP” bs and see why people like me enjoyed this. It wasn’t for the XP reasons you think for most of us. Most of us just wanted a nice, calm, fun experience with the bots since the base game is driving most of us away. This was the one thing that we liked to EXPERIENCE in this damn game. We wanted to EXPERIENCE it. Not GRIND it. It was FUN. Do you know what FUN is? Try having that sometime in this game rather than focusing on something so superficial as the XP gain. Bc that’s not what a lot of players were playing it for.
Sooner or later we will see the same grind we had in War Thunder. Just becouse $. This game needs PvE. Oh developers said that this game is based on bots yet they removed it xD wont spending anymore at this game
custom matches were a breath of fresh air and actually got me coming back to the game, I got to grind campaigns that I would of never touched otherwise and the game was actually fun. I guess good things never last long.
Tis a sad day for this game indeed…
