yes pure PVE can be fun too, but thats not what devs wanted it seems
Most of the playerbase prefers the game being historical and not a braindead, arcade, generic fps like CoD and Battlefield, so joke’s on you, boyo
hell it would be nice if that was to happen, but i would in pacific campaign , i be happy for them just to shoot, back, at this point in time, they are not.
they have thought about that, and there are fraction of pve codes in the editor…
which, speaking of, a lunatic like me can do pves ( though do not comes with xps ). so… they left the idea for a bit i feel like it.

not many people understands why people who like to play PVE play enlisted well it might be weird but i was grown up on PVE games for i had no internet back in a day… it can be quite relaxing to play only against PC itself, but capable one

the idea behind PVEs is for people like me to not stomp on newer players with latter equipment, allow people with bad internet to play, and newcomers to get the feeling and controls of the game.
play it more slowly without the excessive full auto spams or explosives etc.
after all, it’s much easier to do historical accuracy against bots than players.
that’s the main idea.
plus, i love me playing some game with a couple of friends, cooperate with each other and achieve different objectives.
as for example, a gamemode with different type objectives is more easier for bots to perform rather than players ( since the majority do not play the obj in the first place ).
perhaps that’s just me getting burned out of the same shenanigans .

but, for historical accuracy matchmaker we need sets of rules/limitations, improvements of ais, and i think that would be pretty good to go.
similar to simulatives in WT.

In general the game is going more into the arcade theritory. After this update the game will be not far from being as acurate as BFV in terms of equipment (we don’t talk about bfv’s customisation that is abhorent and should be concidered a crime against humanity).

kid you not, BFV uniforms were actually good. only redeeming quality of that game ( outside the censored ones or clownery of the shop ). ( and the reason why i preorded it . loved me running with favorite medic blondie vulks armed with VG 1-5 in narvik or twisted steel
jokes aside the last german uniforms, the USA and japanese ones and a few from the bp were actually very good.)
idk if game could endure 2 simultaneous MM with one arcade and one historical. i assume they actually made some calculation based on actual data on why historical MM is not possible and why they abandoned it. could be cause of low number of players in off peak hours, or cause some BR players would have to wait too long for match to be made. also they would need to implement GUI that will warn players when they have non historical equipment for some campaigns.
considering they have data on battles they could easily simulate different MM algorithms.
As I understand it, maps will be random. But I guess the future news will tell.
The quality of visuals were great, not gonna lie.
Shame that they went with the wrong ‘type’ of visuals.

Enlisted never really have been historical accurate. so we don’t know for sure.
but, a different matchmaker how hard or difficult would it be?
again, WT has arcade, realistic and simulative.
almost no one plays sim, though you can play them and after 10 mins you might find something.
in a game like enlisted, i don’t think that would be that bad since we do have AIs ( granted, need some works ).

well cause 90% of opposition is PVE you have bots everywhere in enlisted. bots that mascerade as players, bots in your squad, players that play like bots…
There is no difference between people queuing in a separate MM or customs.
They don’t have any data on how many people would like to play historical, nobody does.
So at best they can estimate basing on social media and lodouts in game, both of whitch don’t mean much.
