As you can see, I’m playing BR3, but on the bottom right, it says “BR of the battle: II - V”. All my other nations say II-IV except for the nations I don’t play BR3
I keep getting placed into BR5 battles as well

New system seems too be working legit for me.
Old system when I played BR3 would read I-V.
Devs did mention soft rule is active the most when game has more players.
Try playing different time or servers.

I should only be facing 2-4 as it says in the other nations
This is why. There are not enough player for Japan right now so USA and Japan get BR II-V

2-3, 3-4, and 3-5 (Sometimes, depending on timezone and active players)
Doesn’t it mean that there are no players in your bracket and a roll for BR5 is possible?
Ok now its doing it for USSR… except it says BR 2-4 still but I’m still fighting BR5
