Would Removing rallys increase the balance?

yes, because some maps are more focused for attackers and others for defenders, rally and apc are a must

no more unbalanced matches due to better playerbase building spawns.

So and what about terrain?
If one side has a better approach to the objective than the othere there is no way to remedy it.
Should maps then be 100% mirrored now?

this is what I mean, just look pacific or worse, bulge scenario, some maps are for attackers and others for defenders, and with the issue of this game is filled with zerg rushers…ew

But then again this would be a tankers wet dream as infantry could no longer bypass your LOS by placing a rally closer to the point in a more protected manner.

This would end badly…
In many matches only 1 or 2 players in one team know that they have AT soldiers equiped in their squads and in to many of them even that took their team beeing decimated by the same tank (which pushed up to THEIR OWN greyzone) for the last 5 minutes and until then was completely unhindered.

No it would make Soviets and Americans even stronger. One side with a high ground would always win and you would need to learn how to move around the high ground to not instantly get murdered. It would be a running sim like HLL. Vehicle power level would be increased tenfold.

a) become retarded,
b) become a running simulator &
c) fail as new players would get bored and uninstall after spending 75% of the time walking around

Imho, Removing rally points would be the best gameplay change decision since ever.

Definitely better than ridiculous stuff like adding grey zone infantry (aka guerrillas) etc.

But it would be necessary to test it on live server in form of event.
Obviously, it would be very drastic change. And nobody could really predict the outcome of such change to 100%.

In majority of low BR games that I played, my team has 1 to 2 rally points max. One of them built by me.

If anything, newbies already have such experiences. (They don’t even have access to engineers in very few first battles)

those line of spawns could be closer to the point

would be a beginning to fix this game.

"the more rally your team is able to build
the higher chances to win. "

but also guys like me that go far far away on the rear side of the enemy
build a rally and destroy enemy from behind.

im willing to sacrifice what i do on my matches
for the well being of the game.

Because it takes zero skill to win by spamming rally points, especially if you are grouped up with other players.

That’s why they’re opposed to such change. They don’t want lose easy win strat.

having standard lines instead of flexible rallies takes away a lot of fun, realism and skill from the game.
if the core problem is dumbfuck/lazy players who dont build rallies, then the solution is incentivizing rally building.

i am posting once per year that the rally building time needs to be dropped from 12 seconds to 2 seconds, then even the laziest fortnite player will start making rallies, but some genius at DF doesnt seem to agree and rather keeps the obnoxious time of 12 sec.
