move pps42 and pps43 to BR3

PPS-42 should have nerfed rof to 500 rpm instead of current 600rpm it would make it only a bit better than mp40 so they could easily decrease dispersion of MP40 to make it more accurate than PPS-42 as 42 has more rounds in magazine.

PPS-43 and Uragan def should go to BR3, and 43 should get dispersion + recoil buff to appear as obvious better gun than PPS-42 as right now it’s too inaccurate. It could be a pretty cool and unique smg at BR3. Have less rof than ppsh-41 box but be way more accurate.

I would also like for Soviet M21/28 to go down to BR3, as nobody plays it at BR4 and 5.

42 never shoot that fast irl it was always 500-600 at max. Fnab-43 could fire faster but CM said it would be a different model, and MP40 only could shoot faster with Steyr model

PPS-43 was always shooting faster than 42 irl so it would be weird with 550rpm at max upgrade

No, originally and historically the 42 had a higher fire rate. The 43 was slower.
This was also the case in Enlisted, until they changed it due to requests from the community.

Technically if the recoil spring got weaker (with use) it would fire faster.

Anyway, Enlisted has lots of guns with made-up fire rates for balancing reasons.

This is overall better balancing imo, taking away half of the soviet TT submachine guns and leaving germany with what 6 (?) is not the way to go

well it is kinda debatable. stinger is obviously best MG currently in game, rd44 is second and m1919a6 and mg42 100 can be tied for third place cause both have advantages and disadvantages(i prefer m1919a6). only unknown for me is t24 which may be better or worse than both of them.
