Nearly all german tanks above PZ3B is immune to T-28’s shell.
Why give the T-28 shrapnel??? What’s wrong with you?
And It’s poor hit reg of shrapnel cause even no hit at all!
It dosent even play any hit/penetrate animation for most shots.
And also, why the German’s premium tanks PZ38t can complete immune to this high tier tank?
Even BA11 is weak as hell.
Devs can you Fing give it a PROPER shell to T-28?

It’s a brick if it can not take out german’s tanks which are going to blow up with only one shot.

You know all the tiny german tanks learned to… you know… AIM at weak parts to do any damage with their potato gun, right?
T26 and bt7 canons being good, it’s easy to take out any german tank prior to the pz4 with 1 or 2 shot WITHOUT aiming much. Maybe you got too used to that. But I guarantee you that the t28 CAN take out pz4 without too much hassle, you just have to aim a lil bit.
Pro tip: aim at the big meany pz4 turret. It’s considerably weaker than it’s hull. But don’t insult the t28, it’s a wonderful death machine.
Also, the BA-11 is a fantastic troll vehicle. It’s fast, underestimated and it’s gun also delete german tanks with a single shot. The thing, when I play Germany, often comes in my face pretty much like John Cena and delete my poor lil tank, leaving me wondering what just happened.

Even with that role, it’s main gun STILL delete even the dreaded pz4 with a single AIMED shell. That guy only complaint because he must start aiming a bit…

Come on, I am a main German player…
Though I reached lv29 at both side.
After the graduated at this campaign, I only play German side.
But now, I decide to evaluate soviet side.
I have use T-28 for many matches. Every time I used that tank, I got raged.
BA11… I hardly use that after I got BT7 (elite). Turning is terrible. Also wheels got nerfed.
The only kraut gun in Moscow you really need to aim with is the Pz2’s 20mm tbh
The 37s are more like solid shot, but they go through just fine on any of the Russian tanks aside from the T-50 which you actually have to aim on.
T-28 should get its BR-350 as part of its tank upgrade tree that they’re hopefully going to roll out at some point in the future.

Oh, the german guns prior pz4 DO indeed pen easily, but aiming is still required as the shrapnel from them is almost non existant.
I won’t mind if they add better t28 shells, I love that huge ugly tank. What I disagree about is saying it’s a shitty tank… that simply isn’t true.

PZ4E is also excellent at infantry supporting. Since it’s HE is also very powerful.
And when you couldnt even defend for yourself. It’s nonsense to support infantry.
T-28 is only powerful back when most people has basic tier tanks.
Now, everything has changed.
No it’s not shitty at all it’s fucking 100/10 for infantry support, the Shrap shell just struggles heavily against the PziV, Pz38t, and the 3 J.
If they do add the BR-350 it should be part of the upgrade tree and defo not stock tbh.

T-28’s shrapnel only has a laughable 33mm penetrate depth…
While most German’s tank after PanzerIII has at least 30mm front armor.
Also T-28’s armor is also outdated.
Hope as devs said, an upgradeable shell techtree soon.

What are you on about? T-28 can 1-2 shot the Pz IV E through the turret, same as the BT-7 and T-26. And if for some reason you don’t 1 shot it, just keep hitting the turret and you’ll kill any crew that tries to swap to the gunner as well as break the gun/turret ring. You can’t yolo out like a dummy, but neither can the Pz IV E. Just know that the IV E can 1-2 shot you right back through your turret as well.

Not even necessary, any Soviet tank past the T-60 can pen the IV E’s turret and kill at least 3 out of the 5 crew.
I have shoot 3 shots to the turret of 4E, game didnt even give me a hit animation.
Please draw some area that T-28 can penetrate. I never succeed using T28. And I hardly ever found someone penetrate my 4E even if I gave T28 some chance to shoot me.
This “green mark” is false and I didnt even penetrate 4E. Then, next shot, I blew up.
