Well, all rifles definitely deserve a dispersion buff, nothing is more frustrating than a long range gun being limited in accuracy.
ppsh 41 box dispersion: 0.21
mkb42 dispersion: 0.53
an SMG should not be over 2x as accurate as an assault rifle, this thread is full of insane people, it needs nerfed, you dont buff every SMG to be more accurate than ARs
Thatās what Iām saying!
I would be okay with this.
But this is currently arguing against a fix not based on how the game is working, but how you wished the game was working, which isnāt really part of the discussionā¦?
Make a new post suggesting this idea, Iād support it, but leaving the PPSh-41 as is in the current game enviornment is not an option. Youāre not garnering much in the way of support throwing yourself in front of this change, rather the opposite.
Change goals, donāt be in opposition to this change, be in favour of a new system instead.
Their rifle isnāt better, especially against body armor.
Yes. Germany is the only country, that used assault rifles. In the game they have the worst ones
Man, have you seen RD-44? It has no dispersion debuffs
its old, but the ppsh box havent changed anywhere nor stg44 so ttk is still exactly the same.
And since this is just TTK it doesnt take in account the recoil nor dispersion, which both favors ppsh over stg.
Maybe, but that can be balanced by changing damage, damage falloff, velocity, rof, reload, recoil, etc. The key thing I want is for bullets to go where I aim. When I go to the shooting range irl, my bullets donāt miss because of ādispersionā they miss because I aimed poorly. I want guns in Enlisted to do the same.
Also, historically, there is a reason that rifles fell out of favor for automatics; they can always adjust BRs so that only crappy smgs run against bolties/lower semis in addition to the above.
Actually the AS-44 did see service just very little
Well irl, your gun will have dispersion, mainly because your gun has a pretty short barrel. SMG are not for sniping, they are for close quarters combat.
Application - ŃŃŠ¾ Š·Š°ŃŠ²ŠŗŠ° в плане āŠæŠ¾Š“Š°ŃŃ Š·Š°ŃŠ²ŠŗŃ (на ŃŃŠ°ŃŃŠøŠµ)ā
They are called āgold ordersā.
SMG (sub-machine gun), pp - male organ.
Riflemen
Body armor. 100% needs to be removed and made cosmetic only.
In general, as far as I understand, PPSh now has broken dispersion ā so itās not a nerf, itās a fix.
I donāt think dispersion on ANY semi-auto should be nerfed. It should be buffed to bolty levels imo.
The reload on the SVT is what needs nerfing
Correction of obviously broken dispersion is not a nerf, itās a fix.
So I have no clue what are you even talking about.
If it hasnāt been updated for a long time, then itās fake
And how could PPSh change, they just didnāt notice, so this is fake information from this site
Because I see this as a step back. Itās crabs pulling each other back into the bucket. Right now there are a few standout weapons that should be the baseline for all weapons in their class.
- SMG: PPSh box dipersion.
- Semis: SVT38/Breda Carcano post movement dispersion cone reduction speed.
- LMGs: RD-44 no ads movement dispersion penalty
The reason all those guns are considers BiS is because of their much lower dispersion metrics. All weapons need to be brought in line, not have those few squished down and killed. Them sticking out like a sore thumb keeps people talking about it and shows what good feeling weapons look like.
Our historians have another opinion
After a number of improvements that led to a simplification of the design of the Sudaev machine gun, it was manufactured in a small series at the Tula Arms Factory in the spring of 1945, but this sample was submitted to military tests after the end of the war in Europe.
are you saying you want to buff the RD-44 more
Thanks for this information!
except the ppsh havent changed for what, years now ?
So the stats are exactly same as they were a year ago.
Havent noticed what ?
Mp38 had dispersion of 0.17 and it was fixed in matter of weeks or months.
So lets not play the āaccidentally forgotā card here.
Yeah so buff the AR! Once guns are accurate, they can be balanced around recoil/hit power.
