P-40 in BR2 is the only aircraft with 250kg in br1-br4 of Soviet TTs.
In the low BR, anti-infantry capability is the key to a tank, while anti-tank capability only needs to be able to penetrate (because there is a prompt indicating whether it can be penetrated) and free planes
And? Simply add a plane with bigger bombs or switch existing payload.
Soviets are also sole faction to have rockets in BR1 to BR2 so my compassion is limited for their suffer.

Returning to the topic, I don’t think the Soviet Union would suffer in low BR, nor do I want to discuss whether 100kg or 50kg can destroy tanks, but the 250kg of P-40 undoubtedly poses a higher threat to moving targets, it is seen as a pillar by more players
And discuss whether the Soviet P-40 will be deleted, just as ridiculous as whether Japan’s fictional tank will be deleted
But have you tried flying that thing? It moves like a brick and has really hard time pulling up from a dive. I find it only useful for kamikaze attacks
It is unimaginable for low BR aircraft to require both aircraft mounting and maneuverability, but the pull up after a dive depends on the speed and angle during the dive.
But there is no doubt that the P-40 is the pillar, and a single 250kg poses a greater threat than a pile of 100kg to bomb a tank
Still doesnt scream for collapse of the SU TT, especially in comparison to the French if you remove 8 vehicles from them and exclude the ARL.
Unfortunately, in the future, I don’t think French TTs will have 5br or even exist. But in my bold idea, France would randomly join the Allied or Axis within 3-4 BR and this may attract many players
