all other countries (with maybe exception of few eastern european ones) have freedom of speech or freedom of expression in games/art/history regarding nazis(including germany).

I dont know why people here still think it is Germany even though they allow swastikas, Hitler etc. since 2018 or so.

And me. 
I saw a swastikas on a Filipino’s motor bike yesterday. Not something you see everyday, especially here in the Philippines. I grew up in Iowa and there was an old farm with an old brick grain silo which had a swastikas on the side. It’s still there today.
