Didn’t the US send lend-lease for Britain and the USSR? Panzerfausts were taken in huge quantities at the end of the war, because the Germans either surrendered or retreated en masse without evacuating equipment and weapons. The USSR started to equip infantry with Panzerfausts and could often fill infantry units with them completely.
