I play enlisted because it is a game. Not a fucking history simulator . Even 8 level green hand pacific American player can easily use bar 1918 kill a lot of 26 level players.
To be honest, Pacific campaign is the most terrible balance disaster ever seen in my life.
If japanese historic weapons is worse than american’s. Do it on game mechanism. like make japanse ai much more quicker reaction and more accuary on ever weapon, make soldiers much more stronger than american’s or other else.
If one side is weakened, the other must be strengthened.

America produced more then Japan could build to fight with
Every territory liberated by America gave forces to fight Japan.
Japan wasn’t stronger there spiritual ideology made it impossible for the average Japanese solider to surrender making every battle almost all fights to the death.
Japan and America both used propaganda to to show the worst in the other to get their soliders to fight harder. Has they lost more soliders they where left in the bottom outs who only new how to do Suicide attacks on Americans lay Americans saved there best to reuse.
The Japanese lay they had an higher military technology at start there push into bio warfare made them fall behind has America improved and then used there secret nuclear weapons on Japan to win
Do really this is just an oversimplification of the pacific war.

pacific campaign is totally collapse one, because japanese have the worest weapons in enlisted and not even italian 's mechanism .All of them cant make new blood in janpanese team

Both sides must be equally (roughly) playable and winnable (as long as winning is important part of progression), but artificially making one side stronger would be bizarre. They are already implementing things of exactly that type, by the way, and it’s awful.
