The Type 5 medium tank Chi-Ri (五式中戦車, Go-shiki chusensha Chi-ri) was the ultimate medium tank developed by the Imperial Japanese Army in World War II. Who hated the Ho-Ri Maybe Warthunder but the tank destroyer Ho-Ri 1 and 2 are not in Enlisted

We already got teased that devs are working on Ho-ri. And basically everyone hated it or was neutral towards it.

So it is very much possible they’ll not introduce it. But who knows.
