Currently, Berlin has the FG42II as Germany’s second automatic rifle. In the next patch, automatic rifles are expected in Normandy, and Germany is expected to receive FG42II. Then, what will the United States receive? I’m curious. What do you think will come out?

what? next patch is aircraft and more rifle grenades? but if i where to guess it would likely be johnson LMG since that was in europe at the time and that is all the devs need

usa already have very good auto weapons in game, 2 different kind of bar that are more automatic rifles than machine guns, also m2 carabine, this weapon would be amazing and on par with mp43/1 if they fix it, by the way i already report it, maybe would you like to support it.
USA need thompson drumb submachine gun and a fix on the m2 carabine to be on par with germany, we dont want copy paste weapons with different skins as you suggest in here.
You realize the FG42 II is already in game for the Germans in Normandy, right? It’s a sniper variant.

Drum mag Tommygun could be M1928A1 since it had handguard of the M1A1 style while still havine guts in reciever for using the 50-round drum.
900 rpm (M1921/ac version) with drum 50 or 100

It’s for snipers, but I think a rifle version will also appear.As you can see in Berlin.
That’s right, but I think it’ll take more time for these to be fixed. I don’t know if it’ll be faster to get a better gun.
Thompson is likely to come out as the next machine gun.

If they introduce the FG42 II as a trooper weapon in Normandy the only counter historically (even though it wasnt in Normandy) would be the Johnson LMG. The Johnson was used by Marine raiders because it could be broken down for paratroopers. 20 round magazine from the left hand side, bipod, semi and full auto ability. Sounds pretty similar to a FG42
I think so too. But I’m worried that they won’t give it to me with automatic rifles because it’s LMG.
M1919 is very good, but that alone will not be enough to counter Germany. They have FG42 and MP43.
I mean its as much a LMG as an FG42 regardless. 20 round, select fire, magazine fed, bipod. Even the sights are similar and it only weighed 13 pounds compared to the BAR being in the 20s
The US should get the 1919A6 as the next machine gun for sure and not the Johnson
