What the hell does this mean?

So I’ve been testing my mod, and as I go to download it, I’m hit with this message.

I’ve tried reinstalling the game, deleting all of my downloaded mods, and moving all of my mods to a seperate folder outside of my Enlisted folder, and I keep getting hit with this message, how do I fix this?

Nevermind, the game works now. Found an old guide that helped.

Try to delete httpCache in Users → UserName (by default it’s Admin) → AppData → Local → enlisted → downloads → mods.
